“First time here and ordered an 8lb Prime Rib with bones cut and tied back. We cooked 10 min @ 450 then 350 for 2 hrs. Took it out and covered with foil for 30 min. My rub is stick of butter with garlic and other ingredients. The photos speak for themselves!”

“History speaks for itself. This family owned meat store has been around since 1964!! The owners are very informative,helpful and prideful. They take the time to get to know what your needs are and have value bundles for every budget. We went an ala carte and chose a selection of TBone, Chicken, Pork Chops and deli meat all cut to our preference. We saved quite a lot compared to our normal supermarket buy basically for the same quality! We will be back!”

“I was planning to make bracciole and had gone to a couple of grocery stores, none of which would or could help me with top round steak. Went to Kensington Market as a last resort. So glad I did. They had it and the very nice butcher cut the amount I needed and butterflied it beautifully, saving me time and trouble with my soon-to-be delicious meal. The atmosphere is what you'd expect in a deli/butcher shop. It's clean and efficient. Hardworking and pleasant staff--especially by New England standards -- run the place.”
