The owners are awesome, knowledgeable, sweet, and kind people who love what they does and are looking to help you change how you live for the better. The facility is clean, well kept, and welcoming. CrossFit can be very intimidating, but it is literally for everyone. Everyone trains at their own personal level, which is the beauty of it. Coaches do not push you if you cannot do something and instead give alternatives, suggesting another comfortable way to do the exercises with less stress. The level of the workout is pleasantly surprising and it is really a workout. People leave exhausted but a good exhausted, with energy. It is a great supplement for adults and kids alike, with teens loving the class. The class card system is appreciated for flexibility. The business is highly recommended and definitely worth checking out for anyone looking to get in shape.
