Without equal, this is the most incompetent business I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to use by insurance. So bad in fact, I am changing insurance at a higher cost just to be able to go somewhere else. Drive through is always closed. They are always short staffed. They frequently make errors. It takes forever to reach a person and get resolved.

This rating is just for this pharmacy. The staff are rude, prescription refills take forever, meds are routinely out of stock. We were trying to get a script filled before going on vacation, it sat for days "In process." Called to see when they could fill it - they were "swamped" (they are always swamped) and it would be a few more days. No problem- asked to have it transferred to another CVS. They didn't transfer it, they just canceled it! Not their problem any more! Any other CVS is worth the drive. This one is horrible.

This pharmacy has gone down the drain! Rx not ready on time. Meds out of stock. Now the drive up window is closed.

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNDER-TRAINED, IMPOLITE AND RACIST/ DISCRIMINATORY, are the experience I had. After that I have contacted CVS Customer Care over the phone and wrote to them, no one has called me or contact me for over 2 weeks. I called again and wrote to them again, took a few days for the Manager to call me back. He was nice and professional, but I asked the CVS representatives at the Customer Care, that I would like someone like an Area VP or District VP to call me, but I guess they are very busy. I would have expected that I would be offered some kind of compensation for all my time, and efforts, most importantly that I was not served, and I had to endure all those negative issues, and had to call two times and write to them. All in all I will avoid this store in general, and CVS. Also when you get your medication please make sure it is yours, and it is the right one. I have seen and I was told by many that CVS makes frequent mistakes giving the wrong medications, or another person's medication for you.

If I could leave no stars I would. Takes 15 minutes to checkout one customer. Highly recommend going anywhere but here
