The CVS Pharmacy has hit rock bottom, They won't allow you to talk too the Pharmacist, put you on hold forever, and shut down their drive thru pick up. Made you come inside and wait in line. Done with CVS in Berlin on Farmington Ave. Service sucks. Transfered all my business to another company.

CVS keeps closing stores. I pray this one stays open as I would greatly miss it. Great place to pick up toiletries and so much more. I use their pharmacy as well.

Walgreens is right down the street... if you're not forced here, do yourself a favor because the least they could do is half-decent customer service while peddling massively upcharged items.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The employees are laxidasical and rude to myself and other customer's I've observed. Multiple times I've witnessed them turn their backs on and close the gates in the face of politely waiting patrons. They claim they take lunch from 1:30-2pm but I've seen them closing up as early as 1pm and refuse to open up until as late as 2:45pm. I don't know how corporate action hasn't been taken when this establishment is such a negative outlier when it comes to service.

The pharmacy has to be one of the most unfriendliest places I could possibly go.
I am continuously appalled by the lack of customer service that this crew exercises. I would be unable to call myself a professional if this is how I treated other individuals. It is a genuinely concerning that this crew is even involved in our healthcare. This store is a huge negative on an otherwise beautiful town in the CT river valley.
I can say with confidence I got a more empathetic and positive customer experience from a Dick's Last Resort.

They have different hours than listed on google. It closes at 7 pm not 8pm.

I have been using this pharmacy for years now. There are only a few choices in the area.
They are often out of medication. You absolutely must call them for a refill if they are initially out. They say they will refill it once it comes in, but that is not true.
They are habitually understaffed. I don’t know what CVS corporate is doing, but I tried to pick up my medication from the drive-through window three different times last week (week of July 15-19) and there was a sign posted all three times to go inside. I am injured.
On the final time I tried to pick up, which was a Saturday, the sign said that they would be open for seven hours on Sunday, and to come get medications then. Ridiculous.
The staff is always pleasant, but I think CVS corporate has caused major damage.
I tried to switch my meds to delivery, because they advertise on the window, but it’s nine dollars per medication per delivery. No thanks.

The cashier at this location was amazing! We went in for one item, and she made us aware of some really good sales. No pressure at all. We were able to get a lot of items without spending very much money at all.

An auto refill medication was not refilled until 16 days after it was needed. They were unreachable by phone and didn't get refilled until I stopped into the pharmacy to inquire about it's status. The staff was uncaring and did not respond to the issue when I spoke to them about this problem.

This is literally the only CVS I will ever go too. The pharmacy staff are so friendly & always helpful, I look forward to seeing their faces every month?! The CVS staff are also very nice & make sure anything I order through their photo center is perfect, they’ve remade things for me with no fuss or charge ?
