This is literally the only CVS I will ever go too. The pharmacy staff are so friendly & always helpful, I look forward to seeing their faces every month?! The CVS staff are also very nice & make sure anything I order through their photo center is perfect, they’ve remade things for me with no fuss or charge ?

Pharmacist man,has NO manners at all. Very arrogant,snobbish,and unfriendly! He would not answer any questions about my vaccine appointment. The he mistakenly made 2 appointments when it should be only 1. I will not be going to this pharmacy for vaccines anymore! Totally rude pharmacist!

Was at the CVS in Kensington for my vaccination today. Aditi administered my shot. She was very pleasent and helpful. I also want to mention an employee we deal with often. Brenda ( at the drive up window ) is consistently pleasent and cheerful . She really appears to enjoy her job. Kudos to both these employees , they are truly an asset to CVS.Betsy TyrrellBerlin, CT

A very disappointing experience - especially with the vaccination appointments. If you’re thinking of selecting this location to receive any kind of quality care or a positive, considerate experience, I would highly encourage you consider another location or different pharmacy all together.The wait times were very long, the sign-in online didn’t work which required several groups to then wait in the pharmacy line to ‘check-in’ then to be told by the vaccine tech we weren’t showing as an appointment on his device only to go back to the line and wait to ‘check-in’ again.The worst part however was the tech administering the vaccines had zero kindness nor consideration nor provided any explanation of what he was doing.An overall really bad experience and I wouldn’t come to this location for a pack of gum let alone a vaccine.

I went to the CVS Pharmacy today in Kensington and was extremely appreciative of the service received from Brenda. She was very helpful and her time and effort were over and above. She is a true asset to CVS! Thanks Brenda!

Me and my friend walked into cvs looking for Aquaphor when an employee asked if we needed help finding anything and we said no and didn’t think much about it so we kept looking . Another employee started watching us and making us uncomfortable eventually when we are about to leave the 2 employees, started walking behind us and told us we needed to leave because we didn’t have a parent with us and accused us of stealing. So I will be taking my business to Walgreens now.

This rating is just for this pharmacy. The staff are rude, prescription refills take forever, meds are routinely out of stock. We were trying to get a script filled before going on vacation, it sat for days "In process." Called to see when they could fill it - they were "swamped" (they are always swamped) and it would be a few more days. No problem- asked to have it transferred to another CVS. They didn't transfer it, they just canceled it! Not their problem any more! Any other CVS is worth the drive. This one is horrible.

Whenever I go to the CVS Pharmacy in Kensington to pick up medications, I am always amazed by the incredible, efficient, and friendly service provided by the pharmacy technicians and pharmacists. The pharmacy staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and I greatly appreciate their kindness and helpful attitude. Even during their busy periods, I never have to wait long and always receive exceptional service. I am always grateful for the pharmacy staff at this CVS location!

They need to increase staff and capacity. The staff is very nice but their efficiency is awful. I’m assuming this is because the other CVS closed nearby. I don’t blame them but it’s been a long time now. Hire more people

This location is inept because of the pharmacy manager. This location doesn't carry many of my prescriptions and then just leave them "On Hold" saying they have to order the prescription, but they never do and they don't let you know. You call in and they say the prescriptions are on order. Then you call again or go in and they say they aren't going to order it. It's an exercise in futility. I've spoken to the pharmacy manager, because he answers the phone sometimes, and he could care less. He says to call another location and see if they have it. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Went to pick up our meds. There was eight people in line. One person working the counter and one on the drive through. Four others filling prescriptions. One was one her phone at times. Yet not one of these four came to help at the counter. Poor service.

Theresa was great. She showed me where the Uber cards were, activated it quickly and provided me with a receipt so I could hurry back to work. Efficient and friendly. There were other women there as well, one helped me find chocolate, I want to thank Jody, also Betsy told me all of the benefits of carpass. What a crew! Brenda in the pharmacy is super helpful too!

It is a great store to get what you need. However, it is not a great place to pick up a prescription. When I have called a couple times about a prescription, the person on the other end was not friendly and not helpful. I think they would benefit with having more employees work in the pharmacy because Prescriptions are usually not ready when they claim they are ready and customers have to wait additional time which can be very frustrating.
