“I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with two outstanding employees at my local Dollar Tree, and I feel it’s essential to acknowledge their incredible customer service.
When I entered the store, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of attentiveness that instantly made me feel welcome. Janet was so knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions with patience and a genuine willingness to assist. She made sure I found everything I was looking for, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. Her positive attitude was infectious, and it was clear that she loves her job and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Cora, equally as amazing! As I was checking out, Cora ensured everything was bagged neatly and efficiently, all while engaging in friendly conversation. She was kind, cheerful, and made me feel like a valued customer—not just another transaction. It’s rare to find employees who truly make the effort to go the extra mile, and Cora definitely did just that.
Their teamwork, professionalism, and friendliness are a shining example of what exceptional customer service looks like. They are assets to Dollar Tree, and I hope their hard work and dedication are recognized and celebrated!

“This was my first time at this location, which is closet to where I live. It was LOVELY CHAOS!!!! I arrived half an hour before closing. The young worker was very nice and friendly. I got everything i needed, and then some of course.”

I am changing my review to 5-stars because the employees keep this store running like a top! Carman, in particular, has went above and beyond to serve the customers. She has helped me many times. She taught me how to use the credit card machine faster, to find things, and keeps me informed on deals and promos. She remembers me and my name too. I don't know how she does it! She is ?”

“I’d rate this place a 10 star if I could this worker named Heaven never ceases to impress me. she’s showed me kindness and compassion when helping me look for my items . She’s always the best help . Being sure I find what I need and let’s me know when I can come back incase they don’t have the items today , shes the only reason I ever go to Park ST dollar tree lol 😆 it’s crazy in Hartford so I prefer out of town areas but man! She’s definitely someone who deserves to be promoted. I’d hire her at my own store if I could. Every time I go isles aren’t messy but instead stocked nice and neatly and she always has the best attitude even in this horrible heat .”

THANKFULLY, THE 9-VOLT CAME IN A DOUBLE PACKING PACKAGE, AS WELL AS THE VARIOUS CELL BUTTON BATTERIES I PURCHASED THIS VISIT! ALL IN ALL, IT WAS AN UTTERLY SPECTACULAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! “I drive past the family dollar at the top of park street just to go to this one most of the time. The employees treat you with respect at this Family Dollar and the store is clean and they keep their inventory stocked.”
“They never have the sale items in inventory!!!!! Never give rain checks for the sale items and the place is very disorganized!! They take what is on sale from one holiday to the next. If rain check is given. It’s verbal and never given as promised. Disorganized organization Good luck !!”

Everything looks very close together, but they are very friendly when serving customers.
Disposable products run out very quickly compared to others.
Some products are out of place, I picked up some things in the 1.25 section but at the checkout the prices were different.”

This dollar tree is very helpful and friendly, as soon walk greetings and never ever telling me off about carrying my bag in the cart like most Dollar Trees do in Hartford, Items they sale are much better, no expired snack (beef sticks) Neat isle no blocking and finally varieties cold drinks Hydrating Drinks Powerade, Gatorade and my favorite BODY ARMOR, water, minute maid and Soda. Cashiers usually work one check-out but if they need a help other employees help out ASAP! Best Dollar Tree never ever leave Rocky Hill!”
“I've been going to a lot of different Dollar Tree locations trying to find things that I usually can just find pretty easily, but finding that difficult due to low stock or disorganization. I was surprised to find everything here that I was looking for and even a little bit more. They were fully stocked in the majority of places and there were employees organizing and making sure different areas of the store were in
