Customer service is horrible, consistently raising their delivery charges by large amounts for no reason. Delivery charge being 2x the price of usage is criminal. Definition of greed. I would give a 0 star review if they allowed it.

The AI is proof again of a lack of customer service. It's more of a disservice

We need another light service company at this point. They have customer service that days one thing and another. After having to pay the bill they want to charge you another fee to put service back along with the bill.
