If I would be able to give half a star review I would. The people who work here are completely incompetent. They first gave me an appointment time without my knowledge, secondly when I rescheduled they never told me I rescheduled for a different office. Thirdly they never had any record of my appointments while I had a reminder card with the time and date of the appointment, when confronted the blew it off. They also claimed I scanned the documents wrong, that was their receptionist (they put the blame on me) lastly they lost one of my W2’s and refused to say that they are in the wrong. Would not recommend

Never had an unpleasant experience. 5 stars for LouAnn. I've been with her for years!! Never would I use someone else until she retires. The tax prep prices are a bit pricey but it's definitely worth it.

I cannot express enough how much of a blessing it is to have Miss Louiseann Higgins from the Kensington office on our team. She is truly remarkable - her unwavering care and attention to detail is second to none. Every interaction with her leaves us feeling valued and appreciated. She goes above and beyond to look out for our family's well-being and brings a warmth and compassion that is truly one of a kind. We are grateful to have her in our lives and know that she will continue to make a positive impact on many others.
