Lenny and his team are always so friendly and professional. It’s clear that their main objective is safety. I have been bringing my vehicle to Kensington Auto for a few years now. Their prices are reasonable, they are honest- which is hard to come by in the auto repair world, and they do quality work on the cars that they repair and service. Jen is so knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to help. I will continue to go to Kensington Auto- they treat you like family!

We recently brought our 2015 Honda Accord to Kensington Auto for new brakes and an overall assessment. We were very pleased with their level of service and communication. We would absolutely bring our cars to Kensington Auto for service in the future.

After replacing my back brakes at home, there was a problem bleeding the breaks. I figured the brake line needed to be replaced. I took my Honda to Kensington Auto for the first time. I was quoted 1200.00 for back breaks, rotors and calipers. I was told one of the brand new back brakes fell off. Two days later I get a call that they are having problems bleeding the brakes; which was why I originally brought the car to the shop. They also said I needed an alignment and some sensor because the brake line ran dry. Another $400.00 was added to my original quote. I was told they couldn't align the car, but still charged for it. It sucked to pay $1800.00 for all the work to get back brakes to work and the car still sounded like the brakes were grinding. I soon after had a small accident and brought my car into another shop for repairs and was told I only had one brand new caliper and had a bent frame. (Which is why the alignment was not working) The mechanic told me I was over charged for the work at Kensington. I am not bringing my car back there ever. Sad that there are still garages that take advantage of women, who bring their cars into a shop alone.

I started coming here several years ago because my stepfather came with his vehicles and he was very picky about who worked on his car. I feel that lenny & justin are very hard working and honest. I wouldnt go anywhere else very pleased.

Plain rude! Despite having scheduled an appointment, I had to endure waiting while observing a girl eat her McDonald's. Even after she acknowledged my presence upon entering, it took a considerable amount of time for someone to attend to me. The overall attitude during my visit was unpleasant, and I have no intention of returning. This falls short of acceptable service standards.
