“Love coming to this very local farm! The owner, Jeff, is super kind Everything is local from CT and Farm fresh!! Chicken, beef, pork, sausage, eggs, marrow bones for dogs (when in stock), dairy products (milk, cheese, butter) corn on the cob and more!! Seasonal items during the holidays too! Really cool being on a farm where we also get compost from for gardening season! This farm really has it all!”

“An excellent combination of quality and variety. The butcher shop is top-notch; the cuts always look fresh and have a good color. As for the other products, they have all the basics and more, with very well-organized aisles. A reliable place to stock up on everything you need for your pantry in one convenient location.”

“Hidden GEM here! I wish I found this place sooner! But I’m still happy I found it. This local butcher has every cut of meat you can think of. From filet mignon ,ribeye, sirloin ,hangers, ground beef, and more. They even have chicken and local fresh eggs. Oh and I can’t forget the huge marrow bones they have. I
had to grab a package for my dog and she loves them! The service here is fast and the staff here is helpful and friendly. For basicly a meat locker this place seems pretty clean too.”

“I cannot say enough about Rosols. I went there and they closed early. I called and the owner Sarah answered the phone and had me come in. I got all my stuff I needed to travel back to Arizona . They are AMAZING. If you ever need any kielbasa or kiebonsy they are the best. Highly recommend...Thank you again Sarah for opening the door when you were closed. Ill be back next time I travel to CT...”

“We stopped at their display at The Terryville Fair. We had previously bought some at the Made in CT fair a couple weeks earlier at the Berlin Fairgrounds but hadn't eaten it yet. Tried quite a few free samples at the Terryville Fair before buying 3 different types. Mind you my experience with jerky is slim Jim's. Well, this stuff is miles, no galaxies above that. Holy cow, this jerky is out of this world. Not at all chewy and really melts in your mouth. I'll definitely be stopping in to their retail location on Southington.”

“I have not shopped here in a while as I've moved to Texas but I heard about the fire and as horrible as it was im glad they rebuilt. I remember an older lady named Ann that used to work there that worked at the old Cheshire iga she knew my mom Dawn voos who died in February. She used to give kids coins so they could get a gumball. Mr John and Ms Betsy I'll be moving back to Connecticut next year and will come see your new store my friends be blessed”

“Good store for buying polish food.
There is no prices on cold cut meats.
Selection of bakery was very limited maybe because I was there during Sunday.
But overall I was pretty happy waking out from the store.”

“What great service. This is a family owned business and they are SUPER nice. I had such a great experience with both Randy and Carol that I have already referred them to friends. They made a hot sausage for me that was to die for. Well worth the drive.”

“My favorite place to shop! Owner's and employees are extremely kind and friendly. The meats are always fresh!!! They have a deli and make the best sandwiches as well! Thanks guys 😊”

“I'll state the obvious first: if you're looking to cook meat, this butcher is the place to go. Super friendly, helpful, and the best quality around. But the real reason I frequent Hall's so often: The deli counter is a local TREASURE. From the pre-made foods to made-to-order sandwiches, I've never ordered something I didn't love. If you haven't tried "Dave's Favorite" sandwich, you're missing out - go order it immediately and thank me later. The pasta salad is also incomparable. And my husband's personal trick: order a BEC breakfast sandwich with caramelized onions and chipotle mayo. No breakfast sandwich will ever compare.”

“I've only bought lottery tickets here. So far they have not sold me a winner, boo! Looks well stocked with cigars and smoking supplies, few rows of groceries and a deli counter in the back.”

“I think this store is great. In a world where we’re charged out the nose for literally everything, I feel Aresco’s does my neighborhood a service by charging fair prices for their merchandise. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a good selection. Some people dump on Aresco’s because of the way it looks on the outside, but… the owner only has so much control over that.

I respect those rare gem businesses that don’t exploit the community in which they reside, so I figured I’d send some kind words their way. Thanks, Aresco’s!”
