I drove over an hour away to come here because they were one of the last who had my medication in stock that day. The pharmacist understood my bit of panic and was so sweet! While I waited for my prescription she greeted every customer in line by name as if they were old friends and was incredibly personable. Thanks for an amazing experience Orsala! Besides her outstanding service, I recently discovered GoodRX (years too late) Stop & Shop has the best price for my medication by far; I could have been saving hundreds every month.”

“Nayelis and Samira were SO HELPFUL w/ my RX issue. I’m so grateful for them taking the time to understand my issue and fix it so I didn’t have to wait even longer and having to skip another dose. I had a 90 day supply prescription from my DR, it was out of stock so I went to Wethersfield and they could only fill a 30 day supply. When I tried to reorder, it again wasn’t available but I was told they were going to fill my 90 day supply Thursday. When I called the Berlin location on Thursday they said the RX was closed out by the other pharmacy and couldn’t do anything for me and I’d need to call my DR. They told me the pharmacy would need to request it from them. When I went to pick up another prescription (Berlin), Nayelis was there and she is ALWAYS so pleasant with a smile on her face. They took a good amount of time to help me and was able to give me a 30 day supply which was a welcomed surprise that they had it in stock. It is rare to find helpful caring people these days.
