The Berlin location is great, everyone in there is very knowledgeable and it makes the logistical side of our trade a lot easier. Ed was very helpful setting me up with an account and made it very easy for me to quote up a few big jobs for my business. Ed is very knowledgeable and knew what I needed for my order before even asking for it. He has helped me many times before finding the exact part I need for a job. Very much recommend Plimpton and Hills!

Plimpton and Hills, in Berlin, is my go to for all my plumbing and heating parts that I need to complete my jobs. The workers there are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I put in an order, it is always ready by the time I get there, and when I put in an order at the desk, I always receive my parts promptly. There are many supply houses around the Hartford region, however, I choose to go to Plimpton and Hills in Berlin because of the great job the staff does.

Nobody that works there is interested in doing their job.It's all about the money.Just very disrespectful and dishonest.I've been doing plumbing for 45 years and I have no plans on going back there!!!!
