The rudest vet I’ve ever been to or known! He acted like he was so bothered to answer basic questions we had like pricing. You would think he didn’t want clients. Why be a vet or work for one of you obviously hate everything about it. I don’t see how they can even be in business! Go anywhere else but there!

Lady at the desk was nice, but the vet was extremely rude and cold towards not only us but our dog too (he even displayed annoyance towards my dog when she was nervous) then we were rushed out of the room by him after a less than ten minute visit. NEVER coming back. This vet clearly doesn’t care about animals, and my pet deserves better.

Mark John Focacci is an extremely rude vet. He made a day that was already emotionally difficult 100 times worse. We were bringing our dog to be put down due to on going health issues that brought pain and got shamed for his condition that was already being treated. The rest of the staff was as unhelpful leading to the point where I left the office with my dog. I would NEVER bring my loved pets here. They do not care about your pets well-being. My pet did not deserve to be treated roughly when it was suppose to be his last day. Mark John Focacci should never be allowed to handle animals.

I'm so disappointed with them . My dog had an ear infection , I went there on Monday to make an appointment, nothing was available until Friday but decided to wait. Thursday, late afternoon just one day before visit thay called me and said that thay are not able to handle my dog. He is 10 years old, calm German Shepard. Don't understand why they didn't tell me right away,I wasted days waiting for nothing !!! Keeping my dog in pain. This is not ethical !!!

Dr. F is an interesting guy. Been coming here for over 10 years with both of my dogs, Flash and Capone. He is all business and takes care of your dogs needs. I was sad to see Kim get let go during COVID times, she was a great asset to this place as the vet technician. I really wish they kept her there since she was there for so long. ?. Overall good vet.

Thank you for taking in my cat on short notice and informing me of his problems and solutions. Also thank you for information on how to properly feed him to lower his weight. Dr. Foccaci is very professional.

We brought our nearly 15 year old cat in to be examined. She was not eating properly, lethargic, constantly drooling and had very foul smelling breath. After a cursory exam, they gave her a rabies vaccination and trimmed her nails. They scheduled her for an appointment eight days later to have her teeth cleaned. They did nothing to address her symptoms. No tests , screenings or medications of any sort.. They did not even take her temperature. Over the next two days, there was absolutely no improvement (of course) and we did not think that she would even survive to the next appointment. . We took her to another vet. Based upon the symptoms they did some tests and found that her kidneys were failing and there was no reasonable treatment available. This is something that Silver Lake should have discovered and not wasted time or money with vaccinations and nail trimmings that did nothing to improve her health or well being.
