My experience has been good with everyone I have interacted with at Tasca. While there was an initial issue with the computer in the truck, Tom Moran, General Manager, and Brian Beaudry and Jessica in the Service Department worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

Theses people the rudest people I've every dealt with. They have no concept on listening to the customer about what they want done. It's their way or no way. These people are probably the most incompetent and retarded people in the car industry. It's sad that a customer can prove you wrong after you say it's impossible.

Terrible service. Went there multiple times for recalls, didn't have the parts had to order the parts after keeping my vehicle for 3 days. Called me said parts were in and I went back, my car stayed another 2 days. The customer service agent I found to be extremely rude and short tempered. I definitely do not recommend this place for service. Now I have to find another dealership to complete the job that they didn't finish. I would not recommend this place. One of my worst service experiences on what is practically a new vehicle.

I totaled my car and had to buy another one. There were several things that came up to complicate the process and in the end, the car I purchased experienced an electrical problem. It had to be sent to the Chevy dealership and I was stressing about getting updates periodically. Once I contacted David Hiersche, the service manager, the car was back in my hands in just two hours in good shape. He's very personable, attentive, and gets the job done. He relieved a lot of stress for me during this terrible time.

I had my Vehicle sent to the repair shop. Took a week to get a diagnostic, I had to chase down updates on my car and play telephone tag, with 5 separate times ending with me corre my contact information, and a "we will call you by the end of today" (they didn't). There was no information to simply plan how long service could take, I couldn't even get an accommodating car, so I was forced to miss my military orders, and spend money to rent a car somewhere else for an unknown timeframe, waiting for a phone call that didn't even come.

There crappy uneducated people that talk out of there ass and when you catch them talking around a question instead of answering it they get very aggressive... I don't recommend this dealership for lack of knowledge and poor customer service.... I'd give them 0 stars if I could

Do not purchase a car and especially an extended warranty from Tasca. Their customer service becomes non existent once you drive off the lot. We bought a Ford Edge from them last summer with thankfully few issues, so we decided to purchase a convertible Mustang last fall. We also got an extended warranty for the car. We literally drove it off the lot and the back up camera started malfunctioning. They did fix it that time and gave us a loaner as we're too far for their shuttle. Everything has been fine until about a month ago when the camera started twitching again, as well as a passenger window wont roll up all the way. I called the service department and specifically made an appointment when I could use a loaner. My husband went to bring the car today, and they were going to rent - not loan a car, but had none available. They also told him they were going to charge a $250 diagnostic fee and maybe refund it if the fixes were covered by the warranty. So the warranty seems pretty useless. And no apology for not having a loaner or offer of a shuttle ride. Do not buy from Tasca Ford! They won't care about treating you well, even if you're a repeat customer.
