Had an 815am appointment for an oil change only. At 945 asked service advisor for a status and he said they’re very busy and will be 15-20 minutes longer. Finally got my truck back at 1010. Shouldn’t take almost 2 hours for an oil change especially if you have an an appointment. Not happy.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing a new vehicle from Tasca Ford. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely professional & friendly. Colin Frayne, the sales manager who I worked with, was exceptional. I custom ordered my new truck and he helped make sure that all the options I was looking for were ordered correctly. He gave me a time frame on when the the truck would be built & arrive at the dealership, and he was right on time with his estimate. When I picked up the truck, the finance manager, Kat Kelly, did a great job educating me on the financial obligations associated with the deal. She was very efficient in processing the documentation and personable in doing so. All in all I had a great experience in leasing my new truck from Tasca Ford and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Amazing bunch of people that work there. I've spoke with sarah a few times extremely helpful. I spoke with Brian the service manager who is extremely helpful as well. Along with his wife. Ashley, who does amazing job too.. If anybody needs their car service, absolutely go to taska ford and see the group down there.They really do a great job.They're very fair with the prices and the work is second to none..... And you can trust me on this one Because I've been in the auto industry for 30 yeans... service is what .It's all about anybody can sell you a car.It's what's done afterwards that counts..

Terrible service delartment. This is the 2nd time ive had issues with them. This time i Brought truck for trailer connectivity issue. Was told I need a new battery before they can update module. I replaced the battery. Brought truck back for tsb regarding module and plug. They didn't replace the plug like I asked but did update the module. Said everything is working. Got home plugged in trailer. Surprise surprise still doesn't work. This after paying a 100 dollar deductible. Then was told let me see if the part is in stock and ill call back. Never got a call. Now no one is returning my calls. Won't be using this dealer anymore.

I just bought a bronco sport for John here! I can’t say enough good things about the experience. John was extremely knowledgeable, super sweet and very interesting on a personal level. A fine way to spend the day while going through the process of getting a new car and trading in and old one. It was all very easy, smooth and overall lovely. Thanks John!

Awful service dept. employees were overwhelmed couldn’t track down my keys for almost an hour after my truck sat there all day and nobody touched it. Will never go back. Wouldn’t return phone calls was just a complete joke. Gengras ford in plainville was incredible

Excellent experience start to finish with "The Works". Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable from Alyssa at the desk on. Special shout out to Tyler who gave the red carpet treatment beginning to end. Tasca managers recognize who you have in Tyler, he is the reason I will come back

Before visiting this dealership ask yourself how important customer service is to you, if it is ,
look into another Ford Dealership.
They don’t even have the courtesy of responded by a personal phone call, instead they text you which I feel is so disrespectful. Tasca pick up the phone and talk to your customers have the common decency to not avoid them.

Great experience as always… they have never disappointed me. My advisor, Alyssa, was awesome, always on top of it with keeping me in the loop with constant communication. She needs extra kudos!!!
