My car was towed to Tasca 2 weeks ago for a blown transmission. Its going to be a while longer for repairs to be completed. My stress level was through the roof being without a car and worrying about my job. The GM Tom Moran understood and made sure I received a loaner today. He also had someone come pick me up and bring me to get the car. I'm extremely grateful for Tasca's concern for my situation and helping me out. Thanks to all of you!

My experience has been good with everyone I have interacted with at Tasca. While there was an initial issue with the computer in the truck, Tom Moran, General Manager, and Brian Beaudry and Jessica in the Service Department worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

The app made it easy to make the appointment. My service advisor greeted and took my truck upon arrival. Coffee or hot chocolate while you wait, or use their complimentary shuttle for longer services. Even though my app had a lower price on the estimate, it wasn't granted upon writing up the work order. However, it was disclosed to me in advance that the prices on my Ford app weren't accurate. Bummer. Overall, recommend. Was treated with respect and kindness. Customer service was their priority. Would like to see the pricing my Ford app provides be changed, or granted, so I'm prepared on the cost of services.

Drove 2.5 hours from Jersey after a 12 hour overnight shift in the hospital essentially to hand them a sale. Called a hour and a half before arriving and said I pretty much want a specific pre-owned car they had, and that I was prequalified to make things quick. We did a short test drive, I gave them the numbers I had with my bank, then was told I couldn’t drive the car off the lot because they couldn’t make any temp plates today. And then said probably could not even get it done on Monday. However still expected me to buy and want to ship my car later. They chalked it up to “well, that’s buying a car in the northeast”. So 5 hours of a trip and no car. Never experienced that, so can’t recommend a car sales place that wants to sale you a car they can’t give you at the time of purchase, that isn’t a new preorder. Could’ve told me over the phone and saved me the enormous hassle. (Picture is me sitting in the parking lot waiting for my ride backs.)

I cant even begin to explain to you just how terrible TASCA Ford is so Ill just say STAY AWAY FROM TASCA FORD! I showed up to the NOT SO QUICK LANE on a weekday before noon for a state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation with an alignment and i didn't get out of there till a half hour after they closed at 5:30pm not to mention they FAKED my alignment and charged me for it anyway. I was sitting there the whole time watching my car through the windows by the beverage station!!! My car never hit the alignment rack the whole time all 5 plus hours i waited! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY! I miss Gibbons Ford atleast when they ran the place the customer mattered and never did i feel that they were dishonest like these crooks!

If you are looking for a Ford service center and dealership, look no further! With great pleasure I recommend Tasca Ford. Specifically, Tony in sales, especially for recommending we speak with one of the managers of the service center, Brian. He is a man of his word.After having very poor experiences with other Ford dealerships in CT, we finally found the best in Tasca! We have a Mach-E and have had some issues and were considering a trade-in. I will NEVER return to where I bought her so went to Tasca to talk. Tony recommended we meet Brian. He promised to take care of us. Brian and his excellent techs diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes where other dealerships didn’t care and told me everything was fine.Thank you Tasca! This is the nicest car I have ever owned, and I’m confident service will no longer be an issue. We will be returning for both purchasing and service.

My first tasca experience was unfortunately because of a fender bender, had to worked with insurance and decided to go through Tasca. Insurance can always make things confusing but the service of Tasca and especially Mike, their manager in the body shop made everything so straight forward. My truck got done in less than a week, looking brand new. Great communication and always so helpful during the times I was there for any sort of questions or just checking in on the progress. While I was there I would even have some small talks with one of their salesman on the floor, Dylan, about new models and all. Normally car salesmen just try to be nice to make a deal or get you interested in one. Not these guys, they were engaging just for the sake of being cool to a customer. You don't see many dealership employees as cool as the Tasca ones, they understand it's not all about money but just being good to people that wall through the door for whatever brings them in.

I wanted to take a moment and thank the General Manager Tom at Tasca. I had brought my truck in for an issue with the powertrain that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. During this process I had some opportunities with my service advisor that needed addressing regarding my concerns and the plan to have my truck fixed. I only have my vehicles serviced at their respective dealerships because they are the experts. I want to extend my thanks to GM Tom and the Service Manager Dave for not only making sure that I felt heard as a client, but they ensured that everything would be taken care of for me. They went above and beyond for me while waiting on parts for a few weeks during the repair process, as well as during follow up visits with my truck. Oftentimes dealerships are given poor ratings for things outside their control which isn’t fair, or rightfully earning a poor rating for such instances that they do not value their reputation vs making as much money as possible from clients. I highly recommend Tasca in Berlin for following through with the promise that everything would be taken care of immediately and followed up by consistent and thorough communication. Absolutely excellent client service. I have also reached out to Ford directly regarding the level of care and professionalism that I have received. I will bring my Raptor no where else other than Tasca.

Theses people the rudest people I've every dealt with. They have no concept on listening to the customer about what they want done. It's their way or no way. These people are probably the most incompetent and retarded people in the car industry. It's sad that a customer can prove you wrong after you say it's impossible.

Had a great experience at Tasca, needed to get some parts for my 7.3. Ryan in the parts department was very knowledgeable and helpful in ordering what i needed. The cashier, Nari, was great as well. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing parts for their Ford.

I had an excellent experience at Tasca Ford. I thought my wheels were about ready to fall off and John the Service Advisor took great care of me. Working with him was a pleasure. I know it wasn't an easy fix to get my car back on the road again. I would recommend Tasca Ford for any major repair or service.

I bought a new truck from Tasca a month ago. It broke down on my way home. I brought it to the nearest Ford dealership. They informed me that Tasca knew about the problem, but sold me the truck anyway. They had cleared the codes on the computer of the truck a week before I bought it. They haven't helped me or taken any responsibility at all. I told them the day it happened (back in May) that I just want my trade in back and they refused. The general manager won't answer my calls and the sales manager told me I was a liar the day this all started. After a month the truck still hasn't been able to be fixed and I am without a vehicle. I highly recommend going somewhere else to purchase a vehicle.

From the extremely knowledgable salesperson, to the individual who executed the paperwork; from the young man who thoroughly detailed the vehicle before I took it away to the fourth young person who lead me through the technology of the vehicle, this was my best dealership experience in many years. If you're in the market for a Ford truck or one of the few non-trucks Ford today creates, I highly recommend Tasca Ford.

My husband and I just recently purchased two vehicles from Dylan at the Berlin CT store. The staff were nice and friendly they did not put any pressure on us to make a decisions. Dylan answered all of our questions and was excellent to work with! If you find yourself in Berlin CT I’d highly recommend Dylan as your sales guy!!
