Timberlin Golf Course is a beautiful and challenging 18-hole public course. It is well laid out with a fair mix of holes, including difficult closing holes. The course is consistently in great shape with well-manicured fairways and greens. It offers a challenging but fun track that is fairly open on many holes. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and provides good service. The facility also includes a restaurant with good food. Beyond golf, it is a beautiful place in nature with lovely walking paths, marked trails in the woods, and excellent birding opportunities. There are numerous picnicking areas with tables and grills, plus a shady children's play area. It is a great place to spend a couple hours outdoors.
Great course. One of my favorites in CT. Back 9 is up with the best 9 holes for a public course in all of CT.

Timberlin has 18 holes. Both 9s are well laid out, and provide a challenging but fair mix of holes. The 9th and 18th holes both are difficult closing holes, where I'm happy with a bogey! The price is pretty good for the area, and conditions were great all year. I look forward to playing each week.

Great course that’s always in great shape. Challenging track but fairly open on alot of holes, so you have a little room to stray off the fairway and still be okay.
