“Even though they towed my friend car they didn't have to let her take it cause it wasn't registered but they did and he even put it back up on the truck and towed it to another parking lot because he couldn't let her drive it out of the yard so we followed him up the Berlin turnpike to a empty parking lot where he dropped it and she drove it from there He didn't have to let it go and she would have lost her car by the time it would have taken too get it registered a two Hundred dollar bill would of been $1,000.00 or more She definitely lucked out of that one thanks tow truck driver for being understanding”

“The folks at Brookfield couldn't have been nicer or more helpful when I pulled up with my damaged car after been sideswiped by a truck, hours from home, a few weeks ago. I was shaken and exhausted, and they were so reassuring and pleasant, and they quickly got me over to Enterprise to pick up my rental to get me back on my way. Over the following weeks, they were responsive and kind every time I called to check on my car, and the day I finally came to pick it up again, my car looked great and the pickup was super fast and easy. “We brought our highlander to get fixed here. I highly recommend. Job was not done the greatest at first ONLY due to the after market parts used. My husband pointed out the details we had noticed with our bumper not sitting flush as it was before. However, Sabrina was very professional & understanding. She took the time to work with the insurance company and get the OEM parts needed for our vehicle so the car looked like it originally was. Turned out beautiful in the end. Police officers at the scene called Northeast Mobility to tow my vehicle and it was one of the biggest blessings, given everything I was going through that day. “AAA dispatch willfully neglected my towing request for 12 hours, and I called Friendly. In 15 minutes, Miguel showed up with his truck and delivered my vehicle to my auto shop. Miguel patiently interacted with the office manager and parallel parked my oversized SUV in a narrow driveway with mind blowing dexterity. When I realized that my car key had fallen out of my pants pocket and was back at my house, Miguel drove me back and then personally delivered the key back to the shop. He said my house was on his way, which was partially true. His patience, courtesy, and helpfulness, however, went well above and beyond even high expectations. I give Friendly and Miguel my highest recommendation.”

“this morning i got in my car to go to work and my car wouldn't start , i knew it wasn't the battery because it was fairly new, as the alternator is as well .. i tried my push button start and nothing , i called my geico road side assistance and within a half hour , sibbys arrived with the tow truck and the driver jerry was above and beyond the best!! he was professional, personable and honest.. he said it may be your starter because everything else seems fine.. he in no time at all , put my car on the truck and said we have time to look at it this am and someone will call you with a diagnosis .. within 3 hours or so, brian the mechanic called me and told me everything was tested and it is not the starter it was a simple fix it was the security , something with the car alarm and he would leave it on the machine a little longer and call me back when it's all set! they called me back a few hours later with the good news that it's all set and even was super accomadating and came and picked me up with my car and i drove back to the garage to pay my bill !! i cannot say enough good stuff about them! i was so impressed and treated wonderful i would definitely refer them and go back to them in the future ! i really appreciated jerry and his kindness.. what a great guy!! also to mention donna was amazing when i went in to pay and the garage dog greeted me at the door what a sweetheart he was !!! thank you all so much”
