“Brought my vehicle in to get some body panels reattached, I was in and out quickly and was able to make it to work safely and on time. They charged me fairly and didn’t try to take advantage of the situation. Berlin Auto has a great team that treat people right.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this auto body shop. After dealing with damage to my vehicle for over a year, I struggled to find a reliable shop that would work with my insurance. From the moment I came here, everything changed. Dustin and Kevin were both incredible throughout the entire process. Their communication was outstanding—they kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I always knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. It’s rare to find that level of consistency and transparency. Not only were they professional, but they were also honest and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly. I never felt left in the dark, and they made what had been a long, frustrating situation finally feel easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work, excellent communication, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers”

60 deKoven Drive, Middletown CT 06457
“I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years so it's about time I give them the 5-star review they deserve. I'm always given an estimate ahead of time and they always wait for my go ahead to do the work. At least twice they told me I could hold off on a repair because the car was still safe to drive. Their shuttle service is free and convenient. I'm always able to get an appointment within a day of calling, and the work is always completed the same day I drop the car off. Rhonda in particular is the best. Long story short, this is a business you can trust, and they do good work.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Friendly Autobody and Towing. They took on a job that several other companies wouldn’t even attempt, and they handled it with professionalism and care from start to finish. A huge thank you to Miguel, who went above and beyond to help me during a really stressful situation. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel like my situation truly mattered. It’s rare to find people who treat customers with that level of respect and kindness. If you’re ever in a tough spot and need a towing company you can actually rely on, this is the team to call. Honest, dependable, and willing to do the hard jobs others avoid. I’m incredibly grateful for their help.”

“Excellent towing experience!!! Many thanks to Daren at Elmwood Automotive for his prompt, courteous and excellent service two days ago when my car died. He first jump started the battery, and then at my request due to multiple lit dash warning lights, he safely and thoroughly secured my car onto his flat bed truck, and towed it safely to my auto repair shop. Thank you, Daren, my hero!”

“Plaza provided details of estimate, small wait notification due to item being so popular they had to hunt one down. (Chevy AC’s are notoriously known for working/not working before totally crapping out). All in all excellent work, only had vehicle for 26 hours, which IMHO is quite speedy in this day and age. Highly recommend. BTW, if you have constraints on when an item is needed, being transparent with Plaza ahead of time saves face. Find most humans do not reciprocate the respect that many businesses deserve nowadays.”

“this morning i got in my car to go to work and my car wouldn't start , i knew it wasn't the battery because it was fairly new, as the alternator is as well .. i tried my push button start and nothing , i called my geico road side assistance and within a half hour , sibbys arrived with the tow truck and the driver jerry was above and beyond the best!! he was professional, personable and honest.. he said it may be your starter because everything else seems fine.. he in no time at all , put my car on the truck and said we have time to look at it this am and someone will call you with a diagnosis .. within 3 hours or so, brian the mechanic called me and told me everything was tested and it is not the starter it was a simple fix it was the security , something with the car alarm and he would leave it on the machine a little longer and call me back when it's all set! they called me back a few hours later with the good news that it's all set and even was super accomadating and came and picked me up with my car and i drove back to the garage to pay my bill !! i cannot say enough good stuff about them! i was so impressed and treated wonderful i would definitely refer them and go back to them in the future ! i really appreciated jerry and his kindness.. what a great guy!! also to mention donna was amazing when i went in to pay and the garage dog greeted me at the door what a sweetheart he was !!! thank you all so much”

“I purchased a car from Prestige Auto. It said it had passed vehicle safety inspection. We'll, not so much. R&M and Tom have gone above and beyond to get all the problems fixed. He brought me to work and picked me up. Tom kept in contact with me every time he had my vehicle. Prestige wouldn't do a thing. I asked to swap out for another vehicle I was denied. They refused to give me a loaner even after the repair shop has had the car more than I have. R&M is great, Prestige is the problem. They said they gave me a 4 year bumper to bumper. What they didn't tell me was they charged me $4000 for it. I guess Prestige thought I was just another stupid woman who doesn't know about the lemon law. Tom your the best!”

“Truly Angels in disguise! I came in around 5pm and my check engine light was on. Thank God they had some time to fit me in their schedule, after other places being busy Alberto and Joe were very supportive and welcoming and opened my car hood and found the problem right away! They have much fairer prices than most mechanic shops!”

“This place was extremely professional, very straight forward, and helpful with my vehicle. But one gentleman in particular, I believe his name is “Frankie”, deserves very high praise and commendation that I hope management will recognize. He talked me through a very serious crash post-event about things I should know, what to do from there, and gave me very good advice on how to assess the situation critically + personally when I explained things to him. The outlook provided did mean a lot to me and it was very calming to be helped by him.”
