“Was driving down the Berlin Turnpike when I got a flat tire. I pulled into the parking lot and someone came out right away to ask if I needed help. They pulled my car in right away, put the spare tire on for me and did not charge me. Great customer service, strongly would recommend them to anyone that is looking for kind people to help you with service or buying a car.”

“I had a great experience with this dealership. They are helpful, laid back, communicate well, and have speedy service. Any of my concerns with the vehicle I was purchasing were addressed immediately and they continue to be helpful and polite after the car was sold. I wasn't sure how likely I was to get approved but they pulled it off for me and tried to fit everything, including gap insurance, within my budget. Overall I'm super pleased and will continue coming for service & if I need a vehicle again I'd consider grabbing another from them. No complaints! Been super happy and service and management is super friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for all your help!”

“I have been pleased with Schaller, since the time I bought my car (thank you, salesman John Benner). Service has always been good. And today, my tire pressure dipped low and I drove over there to see if someone could add air (I was having trouble with the air pump due to dexterity issues). Louis (or Lewis , or Luis—not sure of the correct spelling) took the time to check and fill all my tires, not just the one I knew for sure was a bit soft. It’s a little thing, but it’s a big thing in terms of good customer service. Thumbs up and thank you, Schaller.”

The issue I have is that you advertise it to be $50 but I was charged $53 base plus all the other minimal charges. If your advertisement states $50 then it should be $50 for the base plus the other charges.”
