“I had an outstanding buying experience at Tru Auto Mall! Gino was exceptional to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and patient throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had, made sure I was comfortable with my decision, and made buying my used Ford F-150 a smooth and enjoyable experience. The truck was exactly as advertised—clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly. The entire buying process was straightforward, transparent, and stress-free, which is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for a quality used vehicle and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Tru Auto Mall. Be sure to ask for Gino—you’ll be in great hands!”

“Was driving down the Berlin Turnpike when I got a flat tire. I pulled into the parking lot and someone came out right away to ask if I needed help. They pulled my car in right away, put the spare tire on for me and did not charge me. Great customer service, strongly would recommend them to anyone that is looking for kind people to help you with service or buying a car.”

“Very nice and knowledgeable. I called them on a random Friday to see if they could put a tire on around 12:30. Due to traffic I was 2 hours late and they didn’t mind at all. Let me know if a small problem to keep an eye on, tested my brake fluid for me and gave me some recommendations. I will be back here for sure. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

“Lenny and his team are always so friendly and professional. It’s clear that their main objective is safety. I have been bringing my vehicle to Kensington Auto for a few years now. Their prices are reasonable, they are honest- which is hard to come by in the auto repair world, and they do quality work on the cars that they repair and service. Jen is so knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to help. I will continue to go to Kensington Auto- they treat you like family!”

“Six years after my initial review and I still can't recommend Accurate enough! I had severe front end damage to my car and Freddy got it back to me looking even better than when I picked it up at the dealership! Friendly service, great value, and amazing work, I wish I could give more stars!”

“Meeting Louie for the first time. Who is the owner was an absolute pleasure. I was in desperate need of finding a true honest mechanic in the Berlin area because I just recently moved there a couple years ago. I left two other garages because of their incompetency and or unfair charging of services. Louie is a fantastic person to deal with. He is as sincere and honest as a person could be. He will definitely be my mechanic in the near future for both of my vehicles.”

“I had a great experience with this dealership. They are helpful, laid back, communicate well, and have speedy service. Any of my concerns with the vehicle I was purchasing were addressed immediately and they continue to be helpful and polite after the car was sold. I wasn't sure how likely I was to get approved but they pulled it off for me and tried to fit everything, including gap insurance, within my budget. Overall I'm super pleased and will continue coming for service & if I need a vehicle again I'd consider grabbing another from them. No complaints! Been super happy and service and management is super friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for all your help!”

“I purchased from Action Auto approximately 5 years ago. I traveled from Southbury Connecticut to Berlin because they had a wonderful inventory and great prices. Over the years they have provided reliable service from minor to major repairs. And as a woman they treated me with respect taking the time to explain what was needed to be done, and providing me with honest cost breakdowns. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Action Auto it's a pleasure to work with Dave and Chris”

“Went to Tasca for an overdue oil change (other Ford dealerships wanted a two day away appointment, I wasn’t coming back another day). Eric at Tasca was a pleasure to work with, I had to wait a bit as it was lunch time but got me in. I had a pleasant experience at this dealership and would use them again in the future.”

“Dan Walker is the best! Extremely knowledgeable on any Subaru model and year you ask about. He sold me my first certified pre owned back in 2017 and lucky for me he is still there in 2026 for my second. A shout out to Lisa for being there for both my purchases. Charlie was another great asset and a pleasure meeting and working with him. A great team kept me as a customer over the years.”

“I have been pleased with Schaller, since the time I bought my car (thank you, salesman John Benner). Service has always been good. And today, my tire pressure dipped low and I drove over there to see if someone could add air (I was having trouble with the air pump due to dexterity issues). Louis (or Lewis , or Luis—not sure of the correct spelling) took the time to check and fill all my tires, not just the one I knew for sure was a bit soft. It’s a little thing, but it’s a big thing in terms of good customer service. Thumbs up and thank you, Schaller.”

“I am truly grateful to Pep Boys for offering such a great offer to veterans for their oil changes for $50. The service was fantastic! The issue I have is that you advertise it to be $50 but I was charged $53 base plus all the other minimal charges. If your advertisement states $50 then it should be $50 for the base plus the other charges.”
