“Came to Tru Auto Mall looking to purchase a BMW 530i. They had the perfect vehicle in excellent condition at a price that was reasonable. I was greeted by sales man Geno. He was great to work with and ensured I took my time test driving the vehicle despite the weather being complete raining downpour. I loved the vehicle but it had a little shaking as though it may have required a wheel balancing. Geno and Ken assured me they would take care of the problem. They contacted me the next day and said they are putting new tires on the vehicle although they looked as though there was nothing wrong with them. I arrived to pick up the vehicle paperwork completion with Ken was smooth and he ensured I had a warranty to cover the vehicle.
