Great store with a very good collection.The New owners are so nice and friendly. Store is so organised to get the stuff quickly. Staff is so helpful. The best part is They are even accepting the customer special requests and getting them.

I'm a bartender and like to go out to get my own liquors to mix with at my own home. I go to this place for convenience only. They barely have any liquor you want-but always have liquor nobody will buy and there's always empty shelves in this place. It's really sad that every time I go in here, I have to think "okay how can I substitute this in the drink". When asking for nips, it's almost like playing on a game show or playing Go Fish. "Do you have this back there" or "what about this? Do you have this back there?" I truly don't feel bad asking because the way it's set up, you cannot read half the nips they have behind the counter. Speaking of, when asking if they have a certain nip back there, fully expect some eye rolls and sighs from the teller. I'm so sorry that your life is that bad that you have to stand behind a counter all day and finally when someone asks you about the nips behind you, you have to turn around, look for the bottle, take the (maybe) 5 steps to grab the bottle and walk back to the counter. But even then, they still come back to the counter and say that they don't have it. My final straw with this store was that I went there last night after a long day of work and then a bad shift of bartending-just not a good day overall. As you can see from the picture, they should have been open till 10:00pm. It was 8:59pm-an hour before they closed. Their entrance door does not work-fine. Not sure why that has not been fixed yet, but not my store so it's not my decision. The sign said to go through the exit door. I walked to the exit door and did not open for me. 5 minutes later, someone came to the door and opened it asking if it was an emergency. I responded no and that I thought they were open. It should also be noted that their store hours are not posted anywhere on the windows. I was sent away an hour before they apparently close and from what I could see, the person who sent me away was the cashier who then decided to sit on their phone behind the counter. So after typing all of this, looking back on how I said that this place is convenient to go to? It would be more convenient to go to the local Walmart because they will have at least some of what I'm looking for rather than go here and look for substitutes. Not only do I have a degree in management, but also took classes in business management, as well as owning my own small business. And as for this liquor store? Well, if I was the owner, I would be disgusted with not only my employees, but the lack of effort I see in the store and would be absolutely embarrassed. As an owner, knowing everything that's going on, keeping up with your duties, and maintaining a store is quite that hassle and sometimes one might slip a little or even fall so I do not want to insult the owner(s) with this review, but I truly hope this is an eye opener that a licensed bartender would rather go to their local Walmart to purchase their liquor than you-an actual liquor store.

When you go into a store and you see a price label listed on a particular item and you go to the register and you're being told that they're not going to honor that price and when the owner got on the phone was explaining that the prices of liquor from the liquor commissioner were going up that was totally incorrect they should have honored the price that was on the label and she refused to I would not recommend this store to anybody. Plus I was told it's under a new management I think the management that's taking care of the place needs to be replaced . And also I went down the street to another liquor store and bought the same thing that I was looking for For $15 less!

Not the cleanest store I have ever been in for sure. A very large store that is way too large for the inventory they have. I don't get the sense this is a healthy operation.

The lady that works here at the cash register is one the most rude, least pleasant people I have ever met in public. Everytime I come here she raises the bar higher and higher for how rude she is. Wish I knew her name, but not like it matters. I'm sure the owners know who I'm talking about.

Purchased two bottles of wine yesterday. Opened one that same evening and it was spoiled. Chardonnay was dark yellow and tasted like vinegar. I returned the bottle this morning and they refused to reimburse me. Vivian texted her manager who told me that I would have to contact the distributor to address this issue. After several conversations with Vivian, who claimed it was a state law that they could not accept merchandise returns and my claiming that they could not restock returned merchandise, but they certainly could reimburse a customer for a spoiled bottle of wine. They still refused. Obviously I would not recommend this merchant or their wines. Stay away folks

Except for the liquor section, the wine and beer sections are seemingly unorganized with no signage. There no signs in the liquor section, but its easier to visually tell what is what. Beer is understocked. Staff is not knowledgeable. They tend to close early.

Like store (especially location). However would you please explain to me why lately you never have cigarettes? In past 2 or 3 months completely empty shelfs. Very inconvenient. Unless you stopped offering it. Other than that OK store.

Went there on 12-23-21, spent over $100. The front door wasn’t working and the store was freezing. The cashier was frozen too. Including personality. I overlooked that because of the working conditions. Went back on 12-31-21. Item I bought rang up more than price on the shelf. She was rather rude and the explanation seemed bogus. Too busy to change prices and can’t sell it cheaper than state allows. Well, I think the state needs to visit your store! I won’t be going back to that one again ever. Much better when it was a kitchen store. And the door still isn’t working, but I guess a good excuse is the pandemic. Thumbs down for this place!
