I explained that my M-I-L needed the scooter to get to the dining hall in the community she lived in and I really needed the batteries. Reece was kind enough to wait until I ran across the street to purchase the needed tool. When I returned he opened up the compartment and replaced the batteries for me. All of which kept him there 25 min. after closing.
