I’ve just been going for a month or so, but I already love it. The coaches are excellent; they watch over you to make sure you are progressing towards your goal. If you are thinking about a great gym to go this is the best one.

I am a N00B but have been warmly welcomed by everyone I have come across at this gym thus far (3 classes down BAYBEE)! Liam and Neil are great at explaining everything and breaking it down for you. This is the only cross-fit gym I have ever gone to so I cannot compare but I can't imagine a better group of people. I love that as a newcomer you are signed up to do one-on-one sessions to make sure you learn the lingo and proper forms for all the movements because they want you to succeed, not go too heavy too fast and hurt yourself. I am excited to see where my fitness journey goes from here with my new fam at CFB!

If you are looking to improve your fitness, overall health, or even remotely considering trying CrossFit - look no further. This gym IS the friendly gym. Fitness is a very serious part of my life for a variety of reasons to include the improvement of my mental health and to protect my physical longevity. Liam, Neil, Ali, and every single member of this facility are not only welcoming but incredibly helpful and supportive. You won’t regret coming in.

Awesome atmosphere, everybody is super friendly, from the coaches to the regulars. Classes are smaller, so the coaches know everyone by name. None of the showboating or judgement you get from chain gyms. Just people who want to enjoy a good workout.

I lost fitness during the pandemic. I lost strength and confidence too. I decided it was time to get fit, get strong and feel better. I’m just starting but I already know I’m in the right place. The coaches have been so incredibly supportive and encouraging, and their positive energy truly makes the gym a welcoming place. The class schedule is flexible, if my knee injury gets in the way of a certain exercise, there’s always an alternative, and I feel like I can finally get into a workout routine again. Thanks CFB!

I have been to a number of CrossFit boxes over the years, and can attest that this is one of the best run ones I have seen. Liam and his team keep the place clean, warm and welcoming, and make sure to pay plenty of attention to each member. Very impressed.

I had done CrossFit at a different location and loved the workouts. When I moved I definitely wanted to incorporate CrossFit into my gym routine again. CFB was instantly welcoming and SO helpful! Their coaches truly want you to succeed and push you to your limits so you can be as healthy as possible, as safely as possible. This is truly the friendliest gym I've ever been to and I wish I could bring it with me everywhere I go! Highly recommend

CrossFit Bethel is such an amazing gym. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The personalized service and proactive reach out by staff is amazing. I absolutely love it there!

As someone who has ZERO experience in the gym, it was intimidating to reach out for some help. I have just started at CrossFit Bethel, and they have remodeled my perspective on going to the gym as a place that is safe and encouraging. Jimmy is truly a passionate coach and has worked with me one-on-one to ensure I feel comfortable with the equipment and new exercises. All the coaches are phenomenal and definitely represent the brand of "a friendly gym". I look forward to seeing how I grow physically and mentally in this gym.

By far the best workouts I've ever experienced. The energy and motivation of the coaches, a different and challenging workout every day. The supportive members, you definitely feel like a member of the family from the minute you walk in the gym door.

Liam and everyone at CrossFit Bethel have helped me change my life. Ive always felt welcome in the CFB gym. The coaches are more than willing to help. They truly deserve their moniker of "the friendly gym"

I joined CFB several 8 months ago. I've always struggled with maintaining a consistent workout routine. I've joined several Gyms over the years and have never been able to maintain a solid routine. The schedule, workout programs, atmosphere and coaches have all been sources of motivation to maintain a consistent routine. If you're looking for a great Gym that offers great results I'd highly recommend CFB.

I joined CFB several months ago, not without some trepidation given my age and not exactly being in peak, fitness condition. I'm pleased to report I've found a great program with committed trainers and a super community. I strongly recommend CrossFit Bethel.If you've been tempted to try CrossFit, drop by and spend some time with Liam or Jimmy. You'll be glad you did. Best of luck on your health and fitness journey.

With an interest in doing CrossFit, I reached out to this gym by just going through their contact form on their website. From the time I entered my interest in that contact page, I've had nothing but an absolute positive experience. As I was a complete novice, I was not familiar with the techniques involved in working out under a CrossFit program. Liam and his staff were incredible in both making me feel comfortable as I progressed through the introductory "ramp up" program. There is a super positive atmosphere to the gym in both location and attitude. Being a very shy person, not once did I feel uncomfortable or awkward in any way whatsoever. In fact, they were very accommodating to my work schedule when I had to cancel a one-on-one session the day before. The support was awesome and I picked up the form and technique very quickly. Safety was always a number one priority.After the introductory sessions, I took part in their morning group classes. I attended both the 530am and 630am classes. Again, starting out as a very overweight and shy person, I never felt uncomfortable or awkward in anyway. The instructors always promoted a positive and supportive group effort. I felt like I was getting one-on-one attention even though it was in a class setting.If you're looking to make a positive physical change and have the best support along the way, then this is the gym for you!

I was always intimidated by gyms and weights, but I knew that this was what I was needing. CFB coaches and members made feel welcome and safe. They also woke up my inner beast and I couldn’t be more grateful. I absolutely love CFB and what it is doing for me physically and mentally.
