Your commercials Are a LIE!! I purchased batteries one month ago and they only held power for less than 48 hours. Straight TRASH and money wasted!

Zero customer service. Filed repeated complaints about repeated leaking batteries with No response. Filed with CPSC, FTC, and our Attorney General - still nothing! Wow.

Your batteries are wonderful, and last a long time, but teaching children that screaming gets their own way is a lousy commercial. Until that commercial is off air, I will refrain from buying anything from Duracell.

I shall NEVER buy another Duracell battery - when purchased the battweries are generall dead in spite of the :"Guarantee" 10 lives, 8 lives or 12 lives - the "lives" must be spent on shelves somewhere

I don’t know about anyone else, but for my part I put two coin batteries in my HP business 10 II calculator in 2005, we are in 2022, & it stil going and beyond the rabbit. By the way, the rabbit could not hold his bladder in many of my other products.

i work in a business environment that uses batteries for many of the equipment that i use in my office and duracell batteries is the most reliable brand .yes they cost more then the batteries you can get a dollar tree , etc, but for longer battery life you cant find a better brand. i prefer to order my batteries on line or pick up costco or walmart as the prices at cvs and staples are overpriced .i prefer duracell max for my flashlights , label makers , door chimes , cordless phones , wall clocks, smoke and carbon mo. detectors.. i dont mind paying a little more for duracell batteries , better to be safe then sorry .

We have been a longtime user of Duracell batteries and found them to be a good product until this purchase.. of 312 hearing aid batteries. Purchased the 3 pack of 24. So far none of the batteries have lasted more than 1/2 a day, down to 40% strength, when device alerts me losing power. Rayovac will last 3 to 4 days before falling to 40-50% capacity.. @ $20.00 range this is a terrible waste of $$. they are worse than the battery Costco markets. However the Costco is in-expensive compared to others. At a recent Holiday gathering I expressed my opinon of these to a couple other fellow users. Don't buy their hearing aid batteries..

Emergency preparedness guide and tools are mandatory and essential for every residence and business as one does not know when or where a power outage may occur. God willing... Remember the infamous Northeast U.S. and Canada blackout of August 14, 2003? And... remember the New York City blackout of July 13, 1977 through July 14, 1977? My family and I have direct firsthand experienced both these plaguing blackouts. Power outages are an exquisite exercise of indelible agitation! Emergency preparedness includes having a sufficient stock of AA batteries for working flashlights on demand. My wall and desk clocks both require AA batteries to operate as AA batteries are very common for everyday household items. I am a fan and a long-time patron of Duracell batteries which is verifiable for longevity usage and operational functionality. I personally find AA batteries are very easy to seek and find for purchase rather than other battery sizes. I frequently purchase batteries at local pharmacies for convenience. I am a essential worker. I am also an exemplary employee, ergo there is no margin for error or absenteeism. God grant me the strength, courage, and psychological resilience to serve in normal and state of emergency times.

Duracell As cute as the Energizer Bunny is I still buy Duracell batteries the most frequently. I'm always buying batteries. This holiday season was full of lights and candles that require AA batteries. Everyone knows we can't live without our remote control devices. My glucose meter uses two of the flat round batteries. My flashlight takes three triple A. My clocks and thermostat use them too! I'm a fan of Duracell. They last forever. You can keep them on hand because they have a long shelf life. When they're on sale I get buy one get one free. That's rare these days! They're sold at the two pharmacies I frequent. Everything about this product is convenient and that pleases me. My go to batteries.

Four months ago I put eight new Duracell AA batteries in five different trail cameras I use on my property. Three days after putting them in I went to check them and found one of them had a battery compartment full of acid. Two of the batteries leaked and destroyed the camera. Fortunately I still had the battery pack, receipt, and kept the leaking batteries. I initiated a complaint with Duracell and that’s when I had to start jumping through hoops. They wanted all the info off the batteries, the packaging, the receipt, and pictures of the damaged camera. Luckily I had it all. After providing them with pictures of everything the sent me to step 2 of the process....provide it all again. Guess what step 3 was? They wanted all the evidence mailed to them. I sent them the batteries, paperwork, and the camera. They said it could take 8-12 weeks to investigate all of this. This was after several weeks of filling all of their redundant requests. It’s going on four months now and they no longer respond to any requests for updates or even acknowledge they ever heard from me. Neat little trick, get all the parts and paperwork and then just ignore the buyer and his problem. Today I found my indoor/outdoor thermometer wasn’t working. I put new batteries in it about two weeks ago. Opening it up guess what I found? Yep, leaking Duracell AAA batteries. I’m not going to jump through hoops again with the new problem. I’ll just buy a different brand of battery in the future. So, I guess the moral of the story is that Duracell doesn’t stand behind their products. Ignore the promise on the box, they ignore it.

These batteries ruined my $2,000 night vision goggles. I filed a claim and duracell said the batteries did not malfunction. What a shame your company cannot stand behind their products. Your customer service representative basically told me too bad. Your own technicians, which looked at my googles, said there was evidence of a leak inside my goggles battery compartment. I am beginning to think that your company purposely lied about these batteries leaking. Its obvious your company does not want to pay out for your defective product.

Label Maker in office was ruined by batteries, call customer service (representative was patient and pleasant to speak to) and got the money to replace it. The check came promptly in the mail too.
