The guy who was working today was great. He gave a very good haircut and was professional and courteous to me and the customers who went before me, and those who came in after. The place was busy, he was only one working, they are understaffed like everywhere else. Some customers were rude and annoyed that he was only one there, he handled himself like a champ and was extremely polite with a smile on his face. One of the best cuts I have gotten in awhile. Will definetely return.

I had really good experience with other stylist but not so much with the person that butchered my hair twice so far. one side is 2 inches longer then the other and the fade looks like a 3 years old kid did it and got rushed out of the seat didnt even comb my hair. Never again at least with this stylist. Now have to schedule with someone else and pay twice.

While the staff was overall nice, we almost felt as if we were a burden being there. We felt rushed out because they had a lobby full of customers waiting for their hair to get done so we didn't have a good look at our son's hair before we left. Upon getting home we saw how bad our son's haircut was. The front and back were both crooked. We thought about returning to ask them to fix it but it was so bad we were scared it would get messed up even more. Also the lady cutting our daughter's hair had a cut on her finger so we felt like there was a lack of effort put into doing her hair.

FYI, this isn't for all of the stylists, I've never had a problem until now so only the one that was supposed to cut my hair today. I booked online; I was told that there were four ahead of me and the wait was 23 minutes. About 12 minutes later I received a notification that I was up and to walk right in, so I pushed through rush hour traffic, walked in and noted my name was the only one on the list. I was greeted by a woman with curly hair, someone who was not familiar to me, and the person who was to cut my hair. She said she'd be right with me, she just needed to clean up around her chair. About 5 minutes later I had a chance to glance over at her chair and noted that the same hair that she was supposed to be cleaning up was still strewn on the floor and she was nowhere to be found. A few minutes later I heard the toilet flush, so I thought to myself, she'll be right out, and I hope she washed up afterward. She came out and then disappeared in the back. After another 10 minutes sitting there staring at the mess she was going to clean up and then be right with me, I thought "screw this", if she is this disrespectful then I don't want to let her cut my hair. I thought about following through with it so afterward I could leave her no tip, and then tell her why, but by then I had no desire to let her near my head.

This haircut was not the best.The appointment was over so quick I didn't even know if I got a haircut. The woman put in the most minimal effort possible and the results showed it. Had to go to another location to finish the haircut.However, the silver lining was I reached out with my complaint and they did offer a refund which was nice of them. Leaving a 3-star review solely for that.
