“I went to AAA Danbury yesterday to apply for TSA Pre-check. I was already aware of a membership issue I had where my single membership was split into two primary memberships costing me more money. I had planned on asking if it could be taken care of once the TSA stuff was finished. As soon as Christian saw the problem, she made a phone call and took care of it right away without me ever asking and before moving on with the TSA issue. She even got a partial refund for me!!
