“Great experience, no wait for my scheduled appointment. pleasant and efficient technician. My only complaint is with online scheduling, it never shows early morning unless you look several weeks or a month out. I've done walk-ins several times just see if I can get in before the scheduled appointment and the wait has been a minimal.”

“I have had a serious fear of blood draws my whole life, to the point of almost passing out, hours of nausea, afterwards migraines so bad that my whole day is shot, just from working myself up over them. I am not being dramatic when I say that Carla has changed my life. She has healed my fear. She is THAT good. Her demeanor filled with kindness and patience, and her skill is unmatched. I have had hundreds of blood draws and can confidently say this woman is absolutely exceptional.
For anyone panicking who has seen Danbury is closing, she told me that are moving her to Newtown. I would drive hours for this woman. The business she is bringing labcorp, I hope they pay her well!”

“The people here are awesome and very professional as well as being very quick and helpful. Had an appointment with them for 2:50 p.m. and I got there around 2:20 p.m. checked in on the kiosk machine and waited about fifteen minutes before they called us in , and everything was finished within ten minutes. The staff here was very friendly and made my experience here very easy. I’m very grateful for their service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is interested with this location.”

“I visited quest twice in the last week and both of the phlebotomists were wonderful. They were both very pleasant and professional and very skilled. I am an active blood and platelet donor in addition to getting my blood checked frequently so I really appreciate a gentle touch and both of these young women were great! I wish that I remembered their names so that they could be properly recognized.”
