“What a great shop. Have been in a number of times and have never been disappointed. Incredible selection of all types of vehicles. The indoor mini-crawler course is fun and well designed. They also have a great indoor racing short course. The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Walking in to have a connection converted took very little time, and they set up a spare adapter. All for what I believe was a nominal cost. New to the rc scene, looking to start, an experienced enthusiast coming in for parts, or looking to pick up the next rig, they are not going to disappoint.”

“Level 01 is great. Very friendly, helpful, and transparent staff, always putting the customer first! I've seen some complaints about pricing but in my experience they've always been around the same price of what you can find on ebay and stuff, and with guaranteed quality that doesn't disappoint. They offer a variety of services that I learn more about every time I come in, and even if it's not a service they offer they are very knowledgeable and will happily point you in the right direction.”

“Although it’s a kiosk, the experience was still just as fun as in the regular store. I came in hoping to get the new bat and they didn’t have it but the girl that works there gave me the option to buy it online through them to have it shipped to my house ( I wanted it unstuffed) and could come back in to get it stuffed. It came in when they said it would and I had a great experience with the employees they were sweethearts and I’m 23 but I felt like a little kid again. So grateful for them and happy I was able to get the bat with them before it sold out. Your experience is always what you make it! An employee also recommend that I get the jack-o’-lantern outfit. 10/10 so cute lol!”
