“Excellent Experience to the NinesAfter eyeing a vehicle on the lot time after time for a good month, I decided to stop in on a recent Sunday. It was then that I met Ricardo inside the showroom. We talked for a while about the vehicle and then some, and I called it a day. However, I still really really liked the vehicle and knew I enjoyed speaking with Ricardo. She let me know what was happening with my car. The one service suggestion was new tires, an expense but I knew I needed them before the bad weather. She found me a good deal. “Don't let the small entrance office area fool you. Jose is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic and very fair and honest. He first replaced my engine for a fraction of the cost that everyone else quoted. He did the job with outstanding results. The next issue I had with my foreign made VW had to do with electrical issues and diagnostic lights. Jose and Xavier figured the issue out quickly and made the repair saving me thousands of dollars compared to what Danbury VW wanted for the same work. Great place, honest business people!
