“I always ask for Kim. As soon as I drove in she came out to get my visit started. She had my ticket quickly ready to sign and found someone to drive me to my daughter's house which is nearby. She let me know what was happening with my car. The one service suggestion was new tires, an expense but I knew I needed them before the bad weather. She found me a good deal. I appreciated Toyota's concern for my safety.”

“Don't let the small entrance office area fool you. Jose is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic and very fair and honest. He first replaced my engine for a fraction of the cost that everyone else quoted. He did the job with outstanding results. The next issue I had with my foreign made VW had to do with electrical issues and diagnostic lights. Jose and Xavier figured the issue out quickly and made the repair saving me thousands of dollars compared to what Danbury VW wanted for the same work. Great place, honest business people!
