This place is one of the worst salons I’ve ever been to! I wish I could give zero stars. I went in for a French tip and the owner offered to do my nails when everyone else wouldn’t take me. They lied about having appointment because I’m black. A white lady came in after me with no appointment and someone else took her with no issue. The white lady asked if she had other appointments today, she said no, only that morning at 10:30am. So why couldn’t she take me?
The owner rushed to do my nails and every time I tried to look at them she kept yelling to put them back under to dry. I told her I didn’t want my French tops the way she did them, I wanted the deep French. She told me she wasn’t doing it over because she doesn’t know how to do them and no one else knew how to do them in the shop as well. I simply told her that’s fine just fix then ones that she did because they were uneven and I could see my nails under. She told me that’s the best she could do because she didn't want to do them over. I also mentioned to her that my nails wasn’t filed down straight, they were slanted and she didn’t care. Her attitude was so nasty! Another black lady came in and had the same issue, the owner just kept rolling her eyes. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this salon. In fact, they should really just go out of business. My nails were so ugly

I go all the time but no more there should be no reason a month later I still have my nails and they are shredding my nails painfully I might add. I will be going to a nail salon to get them removed that's how painful it is. Never had to do that before. The glue was basically stuck on my skin and is ripping my nails all the way to the bed clearly this was not applicated right. You have lost my business.

I just got a pedicure from here today and I’m so disappointed. It cost me $34 dollars for them to soak my feet for 10 minutes, scrub the bottom of them, and then paint them. They did zero massage of my legs or feet. They did no lotion at all. I was there for 15 minutes. What a horrible experience. I can’t believe I paid for a service I could have easily done myself. Beyond upset.

I was in town on business and rushed seeking a place to do my fill in and on Columbus holiday and they took me!! They even waited for my arrival when they were already close to closing.
Tracey did my nails so well with precision and shaped it better than I’ve ever had before - to perfection!!! The funny part is I loved my nails before she even painted them. So you know the quality was great.
Customer service was great.
Definitely visit them folks!

Over price very bad customer service they always talk about you in their language when you’re there very bad sanitizing they are not clean very rude over price and they rush you out

In anticipation of my upcoming trip to the sunshine state, I thought it was a good time to get a pedicure. My mom recently told me that they charge $27 for a gel pedicure at 79 Nails in Bloomfield. This is obviously unusually low, so when I called to make an appointment for this morning they told me it was $41 for a gel pedicure, which is still a very reasonable cost. I went inside, I didn't have to wait at all. The gentleman immediately had a foot bath running for me. He gave me the sample colors to choose the color I want. I went with a light sky blue. I was a bit disappointed when I saw that none of the tools had been prepackaged, which means they are not sterilized. He did do a nice job of exfoliating my legs and feet. However, he did comment something in his native language while he was using the grater, and all of the workers looked at my feet and at me, and said something. This wasn't super professional and I didn't appreciate it. Once he was done with all of the exfoliating and the prep work, a different lady came in to do the pedicure. I liked her quality of work. The massage chair was nice, but a bit too gentle for my preference. My pedicure looks good, let's hope I don't develop a fungus, due to the tools used on me. I unfortunately don't see myself returning here.

The appointment was made for 2 pm. I arrived 5 minutes late, and the nail tech was ready and waiting. Manicure, refill, nails cut and shaped. Pedicure done with clean equipment.

My first and last time going. The customer service is terrible and the nail technicians are so rude. I got a pedicure on Friday and had a chipped nail which the nail tech Tina was supposed to fix and she used nail glue thinking it’ll keep my nail in tact for two weeks since I use gel nail polish. She was so wrong. I went back today( which is a monday) so that they could fix my nail. When I tell y’all the amount of rudeness and unprofessional behavior I’ve gotten was absurd. They asked to see my nail and said I was supposed to get powder on top of my broken nail to keep it in tack. I asked if you knew this, why didn’t she apply the powder to nail on Friday or recommend this instead of just using nail glue? Her response was oh you never asked. They all got up rudely and disrespectfully stated oh we can fix it, but you will have to pay an additional $10.00. I paid for my services on Friday, tipped my technician very well and they refused to simply fix my nail which should’ve been done correctly on Friday. They began to talk about me for the next few minutes and that’s when I left. I went to Bloomfield Elite Nails and the lovely technician whose name happens to be Tina as well fixed my nail, also filed the rest of my toes since they were all uneven and repainted my toes free of charge. Which I was grateful for. 79 nails will not get another penny out of me.

Visiting from DC and I must say I’ve had the best pedicure and fill in ever. Hands down and I’ve had great techs from DC. Im very pleased in fact wanted to pack my tech (ms. V) in my bag and take her back home with me.

I'm very satisfied with my new nails! I love that they aren’t afraid of crazy designs and are always up for doing fun nail art 79 Nails is probably the only nail salon I always leave satisfied with my nails. They did GREAT in the mani and they did great on the SNS.

They have a selection of nail treatments to address specific nail concerns. This was my first experience with the nail salon and I was extremely impressed. I absolutely loved my experience here Rate 10/10 for 79 Nails The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect.

79 Nails did truly an amazing job. Pleased with the happy gel manicure. Staffs really friendly and warm welcoming The salon's dedication to maintaining a serene and peaceful environment creates a spa-like experience. It’s so relaxing and quiet.
