“Overall, my experience here was great. My unit was given to me in good condition and absolutely beautiful (the flooring is hardwood and the large windows allow for a lot of light to come in). The units are very spacious, have a great amount of storage room, and come with a private patio. The location is very convenient (you’re close to the highway, center of town and in between Hartford/WestHartford). The grounds are well maintained and the staff is polite and responsive.”

“I just moved here and have been absolutely blown away by how positive the experience has been. I didn’t know the area or anyone in connecticut, and the property manager Nikki, and the maintenance manager Deron, have both gone above and beyond to help me get settled. Nikki knows everyone’s names and always asks them how they’re doing! I love my apartment. It’s the perfect location for a UConn student (im only 2 min from class!)
parking is easy and the trash gets picked up super regularly so nothing is messy in the trash room! It’s a quiet building and I never get bothered by my neighbors, who are all super kind! I definitely recommend living here!!”

“I have to say that I had a great experience with Bradley Court. First of all Julianna the office manager was thorough and always there for any questions I had. She made the process of moving in and when I had moved out go smoothly. I did not leave because I didn’t like the apartments, I needed a place temporarily.
The apartment was very cute, clean, everything functioned well. I never had a problem. When I did ask for maintenance when installing my AC or when they reached out to do smoke detector checks or anything maintenance they were wonderful. The online app is so helpful with creating a work order, paying rent, etc. the maintenance team is incredible. I was very impressed. They are continually working and improving everything. The hallways were vacuumed and mopped more than once a week. Such a clean place. The pool was kept crystal clear. If it had to be closed for anything, an email was sent to notify. The bathrooms at the pool were always clean as well.
I have nothing but good things to say. Also as a female and living alone, for those that may consider that when looking, parking is lit, there are cameras, never had a problem. The little market near the leasing office is such a bonus as well and the owners are so sweet. I would recommend living here. Others may hv had different experience but most seem old reviews. Had to leave a good review as everything went well, smoothly, and the maintenance guys always had a smile and asked how you are. Important to have hard working ppl around that make you feel safe.”

“I lived at the Summit for almost 4 years. It was a great place to live, quiet and peaceful. Chris in maintenance was always available for anything you needed and always prompt. Having a carport is a rarity in an apartment. Kim in the office always responsive and friendly which is not always the case in apartments. The views , sunsets from your balcony are amazing. I lived in a 1 bdrm, top floor. The space was great and laid out nicely. Worth looking into if your looking to rent in Farmington!”

“Today I toured 777 Main for a client. It is a beautiful building with jaw dropping views and multiple amenities. Chris at the front desk was very friendly and presented a nice welcome to guests and prospective residents alike. Sade in leasing delivered a comprehensive tour that highlighted all that the building offers. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the tour wonderful. Finally, Stacey the Property Manager was engaging and her knowledge and excitement about the property was infectious.

“I have lived here for over a year now in a cute little studio apartment with a den. All of the appliances are updated and the kitchen is huge. The apartment itself I’ve enjoyed so much and the only complaint I have is I wish I had my closet room. Other than that the building is clean, no pests, and the leasing office is really responsive if you send them an email. I love it here, you can grab a drink downstairs in the brewery and go back upstairs to your home. The apartments are very artsy and could not be happier! Colt is a great and affordable option.”

“It was certainly an interesting and pleasant 13 months living at Spectra. I enjoyed the friendly conversations with the ladies in the apt. Leasing office(Alexis, Aaliyah and Kaitlyn). If i decide to move back to the Hartford area, I may consider spectra plaza as my destination again.”

“I love living at the Brooksyde Apartments in West Hartford. The location to the Center and highways are hard to beat. The surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful and very walkable. My one-bedroom apartment is very comfortable with lovely wood floors, mini blinds on all windows, stainless steel kitchen appliances and lots of closets! The office staff and maintenance team are terrific and responsive. It’s a great place to live!”

“Pros: really beautiful and natural light, clean, well-maintained, utilities (minus electric) included, maintenance team was always super on top of it and very helpful, historic building, nice area, walkable. Erin in the on-site management office is great!!

Cons: the big one is that there is no elevator/the elevator is permanently out of commission. Also, corporate management is basically unreachable, parking lot is very tight, rent is expensive and will probably be raised yearly, apartments don't have much storage space/closets, laundry is paid and in the basement of a 5-floor building with no elevator.

If you can put up with those things, it's not a bad place to live. I was only here for a year, but probably would have stayed if I wasn't moving out of state.”

“Renting here for multiple years.New management team led by Yoni is highly responsive.He provides prompt, courteous, & clear communication for all issues & concerns.Good sized units quiet neighborhood.dog&cat friendly, heat, water, garbage included. Multiple improvement projects within last year include:property-wide exterior security cameras, new gutter system, common hallways/stairs refreshing, & adding EV chargers.Highly recommend if you are looking for a good value in Newington.”

“I lived at Carriage place apartments from 2013-2019. I can't say that I had a bad experience. Maintenance always came when I called. I've heard of some infestations with bed bugs from other tenants, but I have never experienced any of the sort. I thank God, for this place. It's safe. No one can come in the building without being buzzed in. I give it a 4 star because they do need to update. But it was very livable. I got 99% of my deposit back when I moved out, which is reasonable. It was hard to put furniture in my apartment though. The doors were too narrow for a big couch. The people at the office were descent sometimes a little attitude, but for the most part, my experience was great. I believe they are the type of people you get what you give them. So if you give them an attitude, they will give it back. Lol.”

She and the maintenance staff ( MrAL , Miguel ) went out of their way to fix heating issues in our apartment . We are glad to have such considerate, kind manager and maintenance staff who are working hard to resolve past problems caused by awful management. Thank you !”
