I wasn't going to write this review, but I feel people need to be warned, specifically people of color. This location has a racist working there. 1 month ago I ordered front and back brakes for my Kona, Robert helped me, but the experience was awful! Robert was not only rude, sarcastic, and dismissive, but he ordered the wrong front brakes for my car. I was so turned off by his service, I ended up returning the incorrect brakes to a different Autozone in a neighboring town. I was going to call HR and write this bad review then, but my wife talked me out of it, she said to give him grace, also one of the managers offered to give me a little discount, so I held back because I thought that was nice of them to offer, so I didn't write the bad review despite not getting that discount.Fast forwarding to today, I went to pick up my back brakes and I as I'm walking in three African Americans were in front of me complaining that they've been sold the wrong brakes. They seemed very upset and uncomfortable, and come to find out Robert was at it again. One of the three AA women, turned to me and said "He can help you, cause he's not giving us proper customer service." I then replied and said "I'm good, he sold me the wrong parts last time, and he's very rude, and unprofessional." The three AA women and gentlemen then turned to me and said "What a coincidence, we're going through that same experience right now." At this point Robert looks at me, rolls his eyes, and walks to the back, and two managers walk up front and start taking care of the three AA and me. The two managers were super accommodating and professional. Their quality customer service should not go unnoticed Autozone, through all this chaos they kept their cool and got us all out the door quickly and satisfied.Robert just needs to GO Autozone, I live in town and I try to avoid this location just because he works there. I thought he was just having a bad day the first time I encountered him, but now i really think he's a racist, targeting people of color, and ordering wrong parts for people of color on purpose. I don't know if he gets a kick out of causing inconveniences for people or what, but he needs to go. If Robert doesn't get moved to stock and/or gets fired, we need to boycott this Autozone for sure, because as you know Bloomfield is full of many cultures and ethnicities.Bloomfield residents BEWARE OF ROBERT!

Nicolas helped me transform my car. He helped me find stuff to revive my car having it sound way better than it was. Car was low on everything even oil. He helped changed my windshield wiper, refill wiper fluid and steering fluid and much more. And he was ver cooperative. Any time I’m back I have to look for him.

After searching 3 different places for some special electrical connectors for a small battery, I took a chance and stopped by AutoZone on Blue Hills Ave. In Bloomfield. Krysta was a genius and found all the right items for me to do my project. As a female, I can't tell you how refreshing it was to find an another female working in this store! She's a keeper!!

Good Afternoon to whom it may concern my name is Damion I was at your AutoZone store on Blue Hills Avenue in Bloomfield Ct, on 08/31/2023 I had the pleasure of meeting a worker name Krystala she is wonderful very helpful her smile is like a sunshine and her heart is like a moon she was very easy and informative on the parts I was looking for, I believe she should be promoted to higher up position I wish all your workers have the same positive thoughts and work ethic

Krysta S. She took care of me above and beyond she should get a promotion.she very nice to the costumer.she serve a raise and a promotion. She helped me 2 days in a row and taught her co workers when they had a problem. You need more employees like her.

Went to return something that didn't work out. The young man at the counter was very respectful and helpful. Had no issues returning the item. I bought the item in Pa and returned it in Ct.
