I had an issue with my shifter and was able to get my car towed here on a Monday. I told them what I thought the issue was and was told they wouldn't have time to look at it until Wednesday. They not only got time to look at it early, but next dayed a part so that I was able to pick it up Wednesday afternoon and they gave me updates every step of the way. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Good, honest mechanics are hard to come by and Burhoe's is definitely that.

I had originally taken my car to midas and gave a laundry list of repairs that would have cost me at least over $1000 in repairs. I brought it to Burhoe and they were able to fit me in the next day. Found out it was mud stuck in my tires that was causing my car to shake. These guys are great! definitely not out for money. My car is running smooth and will continue to bring my car here.

Went in for a simple oil change, when Charlie was pulling the car out, he noticed an annoying noise coming from underneath. He pulled it back in, raised it up and found the issue. Then came back and let me know he took care of it.
I always go there because they are good people and you’re not just a customer to them. They actually care. I would recommend them to anyone.

Consider myself very lucky to have found Burhoe’s Automotive after being sent there by a friend several years ago. Charlie and staff are reliable, honest and helpful. Great mechanics and great people too. Would give them more stars if I could!.

Truly a team of caring people who are also automotive wizards. Here’s what was awesome: 1. the positive energy from the owner during my first phone call in to book an appointment; 2. the follow up text (with a link to photos of their findings); 3. the time spent explaining what needed attention on my vehicle and assistance in figuring out what to fix and when; 4. lightning-fast completion at an affordable price; and 5. a bright environment in the shop (plus snacks!) when I picked up my car and the chance to chat with the technicians on how the service went and what to expect. Also: my car drove better than when I first bought it…wow!

Charlie and the team saved us! My wife and I were in town for the weekend. We had a radiator disaster that left us stranded, paying for a hotel until we could get it fixed. Charlie and the team understood our dilemma and fit us in right away. Within hours, we drove away with a new radiator, the car good as new, or good as our 2004 Avalon has ever been. Thank you!
