“Gifts of Love does a lot of good in the community. They coordinate donation of goods, money, and services to get people what they need in order to thrive. They are a great place to donate clothing and home goods to, as you know those things will go to the people who need them most. The people who are helped here are treated with kindness and dignity, which is so important when someone is struggling.Great place, and I'm glad they're local!”
“Took my dog here to get neutered and it was so easy and convenient. He recovered very quickly. Will definitely be bringing my other dog once they have availability.”

“Great half marathon today my 3rd time running it but please work with the city of Hartford on the water manholes which are smaller than a regular manhole I’d say 10-12 inch circles. Umm at least 5 were missing the first 3 miles of the half it’s a few feet drop of u look down them I heard a story after finishing of a runner doing the full catching his toe on one and having to DQ himself. Someone can get really hurt out there”
“I'm from New York State. I saw my favorite reggae artist of all time with my wife. Sizzla kalonji show was great. I had a wonderful time. definitely come back again.”

“I love this organization because it’s a group of women who love giving back to the community! I’ve met so many great friends and participated in some incredible community service projects over the years. My favorite event is Volunteer-a-Thon where members do 26.2 hours of service for the greater Hartford community. So much fun!”

“I am a mum with a special needs child. My baby is an awesome child but I need the help to take care of him. FAVOR directed me to the places I could approach for help. The staff is awesome. Very helpful to me. Thanks FAVOR.”
“I come here from time to time. Usually find some cool things. Smells a little musty inside but hey.. it's goodwill... not a delicious eatery and so I leave it at 5 stars. Staff is nice and there are usually a fair number of people.. but the store is pretty spacious. Entrance from the street is a little confusion (from the side by the pizza restaurant) ... but parking is plentiful!”
“This is a warm hearted church with an open mind. I believe it is truly nonjudgmental and accepting of all beliefs. They do add m amazing job helping out their community.”

“Of all the things I appreciate about CCDC, the thing at the top of the list is that I know my son is truly loved by all of his teachers there. It’s nerve-wracking to decide where to send your 5 month-old baby, but I know there were no more thoughtful or capable hands than the staff at CCDC. He’s now 2.5 and still thriving there. I truly believe they’ll be in our lives forever because of the bonds we created.”
“Fair prices that get dropped every week. Inventory changes frequently so it's worth being patient and returning if what you want isn't there the first time you go.”
