My neighborhood CVS. Nice and friendly customer service. Pharmacy is always helpful at keeping our prescriptions filled. Definitely much better than others .

I unfortunately frequent this CVS as a customer because it is the closest to where I live. However it is one of the slowest establishments that I have ever been to. I have been here numerous times and whether I am the only person in the store or there's 12 people in front of me in line it takes forever to get out. The people that work there have no sense of urgency. I have stood at the counter with somebody behind the counter for at least five minutes before getting service, and they never have enough pharmacists working at busy times of the day. I have actually stood in line at the pharmacy with two people in front of me and waited for 30 minutes. I have been to other CVSs in the area and will likely switch because I leave so frustrated every time I go here cause I always hope for fast and easy service and never get it. Giving it two stars instead of one because the store is always really well stocked and has everything I need.

I'm yet to have a prescription ready for pick up when it is supposed to be ready since I began using this CVS this year. What is worse is I take a daily med for my heart and it is on auto refill. I just ran out and they are telling me "it has been on back order." I asked them why they never notified me and why it took me calling them to find this out. They said "the system didn't kick in." I asked if I'm supposed to just wait and not take my pill and hope I don't have a stroke. They said "hopefully next week we will have some."..... hopefully this is not my last Yelp review ever because I've died from CVS not refilling my prescription, not notifying me they don't have it, and making me wait until they hopefully have it on n a week. How can this happen in 2019?!?!

The worse customer service. Not sure if they are short staff or what. The casher TAHJANAY was very rude when asked to ring my items while she is on the phone and said you have to wait till I get off as I'm the only here doing everything bla bla bla. Can't believe this is how they treat a customer who is a cvs member. Corporate should take notice of these kind of customer service.

Went into the store to exchange a nail topcoat I bought yesterday at a store in Kensington. Not only wasn't I able to make the exchange, (even though I had the receipt & this store had the same item) but the individual, who gave me the name of Francis, would not give me his last name & claimed to be store manager, was extremely & I emphasize extremely rude, & walked away despite the fact that I asked for his information. He told me, that I needed to go to Kensington to exchange it. Seriously? This is NOT the first time that the store personnel was rude & unhelpful, however, today took the cake. Will not shop at CVS again.

Love this location. Have been to others, but this location is great. Even when busy they take the time to make sure customers are taken care of. Ian is amazing and always willing to answer questions and do the hard work of working with insurance companies. Each is the employees know the regulars and make sure they are taken care of.

I went there after work tonight around 8:30 to get my son Zyrtec. The place was a mess and When I got home the Zyrtec expired 9/17. I'm in the service business and don't like people who hide behind their computers but I called the establishment and they were closed. I paid 15$ for expired meds
