People who say this place is a “mess” have lost sight of what it means to work an honest day, try their best to stock and inventory a store with limited staff, and hold it all together.
Retail these days is not a polished, picturesque, consumer free-for-all that the entitled populous callously expect. But guess what? The people who work here are kind and treat me like a human being. They’re nice. And that’s what matters.
I get my food here and feel respected. And anyone who judges this place is entitled.

Why is this store so nasty!!!!! Do they not pay the employee enough to care about where they work please somebody wash the floors and pick up trash inside and outside of the store. I really like shopping there but its beginning to be too much.

An absolute mess. I ran in to get a few greeting cards and candles. This place has really ran down. Dirt spills stains dust everywhere; floors shelves take a look at the carts!!! I could not find a clean cart to use! Every one was too dirty for use. This store is not sanitary - no one shoukd buy food itemss here. The one lady who was unboxing and putting things on the shelves was doing this while on a video call; talking and swearing with customers present. The other staff had her spouse loitering at the register with her. An absolute mess.

Parking lot is full of glass shards everyday, never gets cleaned. Employees are rude or just an angry person in general. Insteading of greeting customers they chat with coworkers as if you aren’t standing there. No class.

Mia and Lexi were so kind. They went out of their way to help me with balloons and even helped me find a solution as there was no string left. They made it happen. Great experience cause of them and my nephew will be so happy with his number balloons!!! This was the Bloomfield ct location.

Went there few times and it’s always one cashier working with a long line of customers waiting / when few customers start to ask about the other cashier , the cashier who was already cashing took the intercom and start to go off loudly and disrespectful about it saying that customers stressing her out and who can’t wait to leave . This happened 3/32023 around 3:30 pm

The store needs to be cleaned and organized. Boxes and carts in the aisles. Unable to comfortably move around to shop. In addition, there is a horrible smell in the store as if something died and has not been removed. I’m sure there are mice or rats in the store that have died.
