Absolutely Worst store EVER!!
The staff disposition STINKs
I probably would be madd Madd if I worked there too.
I ask CARLINE, ignorant AZZ _itch
where soap dishes are located, instead of this chic answering the question, she answer with ask her, meaning ask her coworker.
CARLINE was asked her name & she refused as well.
I know you get what you pay for & Dollar Tree can only hire who applies.
However, Dollar Tree in Bloomfield CT has to do better. I will never return, but what about their other customers
Dollar Tree in Bloomfield CT is under the worst management & it shows in the look of the store & the staff. I never been in a Dollar Tree that looks like this.

The manager was rude to her worker that asked for assistance and to the customers. It's sad to say that this specific Dollar Tree is always my last option. The service here sucks and it's due to management. She needs training on how to effectively communicate with her staff and customers.

Avoid this store. Long lines. Manager Ian and staff didn't respond to the long lines when another employee , and 2 customer's called for help. They actually got defiant , & sarcastic, & upset actually began whispering about the situation rather than help the situation Really horrible service

The store is much cleaner and organized compared to my last visit. I found what I needed and had to get on the long long line. Only one cashier was working - I do not get this! There were three other crew members putting new merchandise out. I wish the management would think of the customers ONCE IN AWHILE here. The location is a high traffic shopping center - the store is unbelievably poorly managed. Years like this unfortunately. I will go to FAMILY DOLLAR for better service. The prices, selection and quantity of merchandise are great usually.

I stopped by the Dollar Tree to pick up some balloons. This store is so, so, very messy. I'm not sure how they're allowed to operate under such mess. There's things thrown around in every isle. There's boxes randomly placed in the middle of shelves. The floors are dirty, there's mysterious things under the shelves. The only section that looked a bit organized was the Halloween section. While I did find the balloons I came in for, I almost wish I didn't, it took me eternity to get out of this store. They only have one cashier working, the line is super long, and the people aren't happy. The register was having trouble with credit cards. Do you think they opened another register, to help speed things up? No, they didn't. They just had everyone wait.. Do not go here, you will end up frustrated and with time wasted.

The store literally looks like a war Zone. Product was everywhere, shelves were in such disarray it was impossible to look at anything. My one star is literally for my only positive interaction which was with a very nice employee.
