I was happy the first year. Then they were bought out by extra space, now a year later they've raised there monthly prices 120.00 dollars, ridiculous, that more than what I pay for my car payment. I wasn't warned that this would happen it's unaffordable now. Looking to get rid of my belongings can't afford to store anymore. I'm 73 on a very fixed income.
It's unfortunate. I can't keep it any longer. Extremely disappointed would not recommend place to anyone.

Had a situation with our units because we were in a financial crisis and Richard was so understanding and did everything he could to help us. Richard went above and beyond to facilitate our needs and help us to have a better outcome than we expected. If you’re ever in search of a storage facility in CT and you’re unsure. Go with Extraspace, specifically Bloomfield and ask for Richard.

My original review stands! Beware of this locations and scamming! Raised my rent without any notice and charged me a late fee even though I specifically spoke to the girl in the office and she said I had until Tuesday. They will play games and deactivate your gate code if you complain or write reviews like these. I have 4 other storage units with Cubesmart and have never had this issue. Save your money and go to a more reputable company

Richard and Kassie were THE BEST ....short lived contract but from start to finish have been soo helpful and understanding. If ever in need ask for them both. Thank you both for everything!
