Their location in Bloomfield have the best staff. I had an another unit in Oxford Massachusetts and took my stuffs to the one in Bloomfield. I spoke with the manager Liz she was very helpful, compassionate and professional. The other two workers there that I’ve meet Jay and Cassie were also formidable, polite and understanding. Hey if you get to read this man , again thanks and God bless you for helping me. The facility is clean and I recommend them for anyone who wants a unit there. And no I’m not an Ai generated written comment. I’m a real person and I can assure you they are very professional.

Elizabeth was a great help in getting the unit I won at auction ready for me to move all the contents out. She was polite and a pleasure to talk to. The facility was cleaner than most storage units I visit. Overall great experience.
