Very rude store manager lance he refused to help me look for my items & was on the phone talking the whole time WOULD NOT RECOMMEND coming to this one the one in Manchester is so much better again he is very rude & unprofessional.

I felt like I got judged by how I was dressed all because I asked can I leave my bookbag at the counter cause it clearly says no bookbags are allowed while shopping
Secondly I asked if they wanted to see my receipt
And the way they both responded was like they were irritated I asked

I came in 10/23/25 and went home and counted my money they stole money from me and don’t know how to count I just bought one water bottle it is not 3/4$. Do better

I don't know who needs to hear this but your staff is literally ruining the shopping experience at the store they don't know where anything is majority of the time they spend more time grouped up having conversations and then actually helping customers.

My kids love this store. They don't have much for older dudes like me, but that's ok. I do it for the kids. Once in a while I'll get some candy.

There has to be a better way to make money for young people. Because it’s clear when someone doesn’t enjoy their job or people. Most POS systems allow you to find a transaction by the form of purchase that was used like a debit/credit card. This wasn’t the case here just on top of basic customer relations. One $5 item you couldn’t replace, let’s be for real.

The staff here is so kind! Nate in particular was amazing and super helpful!!! When he heard I was looking for disco ball things for my wedding he went out of his way to bring out more disco ball stuff for me and called another store for me as well!

I love Fbelow but Every time I come here is kinda chaotic Everything's usually misplaced.Perhaps the kids are playing around too much ? But overall good place to buy board games and such not Bad
