horrible customer service! experienced 2 rude employees. asked for help finding something that said it was in stock in this store when I checked online. associate was rude when I asked for help. I asked for help because I didn't see the item in its stated location. he kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me talk. as I walked away him and another employee thought it was a good idea to talk badly when I was still close enough to hear! if those are the type of people you want representing your store, you're going to end up with customers going right next door to your competitor!

The Bloomfield location is the only store that I can never seem to get through to a department associate to ask a question. I've spent close to an hour trying to reach someone, only to be routed and rerouted through the customer service line, which was unresponsive to hearing that no one is answering the appropriate department.

Marie, the Customer Service Manager, is the absolute best! I was in a bit of a pickle with a recent order, and Marie worked her magic to fix all of it and make everything worth my while! her quick thinking and creative mind was the best gift I could ask for. I hope she is recognized for her excellent work!

This location is passed unprofessional . I made an appliance order for a total of $5k on memorial day weekend for a new home I purchased and only two items were delivered within three months. Four attempts and several days waiting for deliver happened with no appliances reaching my home . I am currently disputing with my bank on purchases made due to false deliver dates, rude associates , untrained staff who have made my experience with the store awful . My suggestion is to never order nor schedule delivery from them .

The gentleman in the paint department that helped me was awesome.. he went above and beyond for me by taking the time to explain to me the difference in stains verse solid stains, as well as assisting me with paint brushes and rollers... only issue I had was a shopping cart in the parking lot that hit my new car.

If you know what you want going in, and can just go in, grab it, pay, and leave, you're probably fine. If you need any help (no matter how small or quick), you will likely wait an hour for someone familiar with the department to show up, and even then it's a 50/50 shot as to whether they can answer your question.

I will never use home depot again. I scheduled a cabinet refacing consultation. They Confirmed the appointment a few days ago. Today they call 15 before the appointment and say theres a scheduling conflict and can't come today. I couldn't even speak to a manager because the line was busy. I was told the manager would call me back. I have not heard from them. How do you not realize there is a conflict until then. Isn't that the point of confirming the appointment? Very unprofessional and disorganized.
