Don't order from Home Depot online if you live in CT! Even if this isn't your closest location. This store might be the one to deliver it.
Our delivery came from them, they missed an item and damaged two others. When I called them, they claimed I owed over $100 and had to pay before they could handle replacements. I wasted time with the rep making sure that my credit card had been billed the full amount -- it had. None of this made sense, so I asked to speak to a manager. He said he couldn't help at all, and that I should call Home Depot Online.
The online rep told me that I was right to have called the physical store, but since I already had called them they were nice enough to call them again for me. Unfortunately, two weeks and three calls later, I still don't have a timeline for replacement items.
This is all entirely the fault of the staff at Home Depot Bloomfield -- they were dropping calls from both me and the online reps, and when anyone got through they couldn't figure out how to schedule a replacement.

Went there to find connectors for a wire that broke due to wear and tear. Surprisingly, Home Depot does not have the correct size (Neither does Lowes). Fortunately, I kept the old connector and recrimped it onto the wire.

Slowest customer service desk I've ever been to.It's not just one employee. It's anything to do with the department, any day of the week at any time.Curbside pickup, returns, order pickup.. they are not in a rush for anything.I avoid this store whenever possible.I drive 10-15 minutes further to any other store because I will save that time at that store.

It looked like any other Home Depot, it was Super bowl Sunday when I was here so the store was pretty empty and also really clean. YMMV.
