Awful customer service, no answers to any of my questions, always saying that ‘we will look into it’ but they never get back with answers.

They have people standing in the rain and snow at the teller drive through. This is ridiculous and I say you are a community bank. I ha e pics to show. I know it’s Covid but wearing a mask should be good enough. You need to open your branches now. I am taking my business to Bank of America.

I like the people who work there but not quite the Bank itself. Employees are very patient and helpful on problems, as some are kept from Simsbury Bank. Good luck.
