The store is nice, clean and well stocked. It is home to any budgets and home to any possibilities. Customers receive amazing customer service from helpful, polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly personnel. Associates are very helpful and offer great service, including helping to bring items out to the car. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and polite, which makes a big difference. Lowe’s spring and summer hours are Monday-Saturday 6am-10pm and Sunday 7am-8pm, but in the fall and winter, Lowe's hours are Monday-Saturday 6am-9pm and Sunday 7am-8pm.
The night crew, including leadership, has no initiative to work. In fact I saw a staff person avoid me even after customer service announced over the speaker twice that a customer was waiting. And I had to chase her down. Do better. The day crew is awesome. Thank you day crew!

I don't usually shop at this Lowes but it was a very good experience. Two associates assisted me. The woman at the self check out was very friendly and helpful. Very good overall experience.
