“I had a few months ago cracked the back glass on my iPhone 12 for the third time in 3 years. I brought it to this place and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Looked at it, gave me a fair and reasonable price. Had him do the work and came back in an hour and he pointed out a couple things that the previous company had done wrong, fixed the issues and since then I have added a back glass protector to go with the front.
Fast forward to last week, my iPhone 12 battery was dying unexpectedly fast, brought it in, he looked at it, gave me a great price and it works flawlessly! Upon return to pick it up, he even showed me how bad the old battery was!
With phones being so expensive nowadays, this was the most logical and cost effective option. They did great work and I will recommend them to all of my friends for the knowledge and fair pricing! Thank you!”

My husband and I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the Verizon store located at 2450 Main Street in Glastonbury, CT yesterday. We arrived around 6:30 PM, just 30 minutes before closing, needing to upgrade our phones. Despite the late hour, Luis and Karl provided the best customer service we have ever received at a Verizon store, truly tag-teaming to ensure all our needs were met.
They efficiently worked on transferring our lines, all while engaging us in pleasant conversation that made the time fly by. What truly set them apart was their dedication to ensuring our account was perfectly set up. They took the time to review everything thoroughly and even advocated on our behalf, resulting in a decrease in our monthly payment!
We are so grateful for their expertise, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. We will definitely be making this our go-to Verizon location from now on. Thank you again, Luis and Karl, for such a positive and seamless experience!”

“I went in because I thought my very old phone wasn't charging. As it turned out, that wasn't the case. But my pal in their helped me to decide it was really time to upgrade my phone. I'm not one to get a new phone all the time, but with my old phone trade-in, my cost was minimal. And I didn't end up with yet another phone lying around my house. “If it wasn’t for Brandon’s help today I would have left T-mobile. Him and Gavin have the best attitudes and they were so helpful. I went into this locations so discouraged. I have been a t mobile customer for 10 years and I was appalled at my phone experience with the company, having had on going issues for two weeks while I was trying to upgrade a phone that was not longer working. As a parent and the GM of a company not having a working phone was a huge problem that they expected me to wait a week to fix….
I called Brandon at the East Windsor location very upset and he told me to come right down and he’d do everything he can to help me. Best experience ever in all my 20 years of having a phone line.
