“The staff at Auto-Bon are the most honest, accommodating and professional group of people I have ever run across in an auto repair setting. They run their business with true integrity which is hard to find these days. They are informative and make recommendations but do not push or bully the customer into performing any services like some other businesses I have come across. “Dave at Cusson did such a great job taking care of my Audi for my all-but-ordinary tire replacement. I had a lot of difficulties with the supplier, but Dave was beyond helpful when it came to getting me the information I needed for warranty claims with Pirelli. His communication was great and he was very knowledgeable about the issues I was encountering so he could help me make smart decisions. He was very patient and lenient with me as I had other life priorities to work around. Thank you Dave!I would highly recommend Dave and the rest of the team at Cusson, and I plan on going back for future automotive repair needs.”

“This was by far the best auto repair experience I have had. Bob the manager was exceptionally welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bob and his team helped me in an emergency walk in situation and made sure I was seen immediately, car repaired, and every step was explained so I left more knowledgable. There was no attempt to upsell or add on expensive services, in fact, they worked to find a way to minimize costs. I am blown away by the customer service and integrity and trustworthiness of Bob and the team.Specifically, Bob, the manager was incredibly helpful, professional, and trustworthy. I was a bind and he was very friendly and patient, explaining everything that was going on so I could be a more informed customer. He saw me immediately and fixed my vehicle in record time. He also was so kind to his team and took the time to teach them as well.
