Consistent long lines and slow service! For such a busy location, you would think they would staff more employees! No blame on the two employees- just poor management for this branch. On any given day, prepare to stand in line 15-20 minutes before making it to the desk.

This bank is absolutely TERRIBLE they promised that money would be deposited at a certain time and for money to be put in a drop box for them never to do it ...I call and they were soooooRUDE ....SLOW ...I’ve been with people’s bank for a few YEARS and have been to MULTIPLE Peoples Bank and never were they as rude slow as this one ...I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING Corporate...

This is not for this branch but overall---horrible service. Waiting well over 10 working for new debit card, never came, now another 7 working days after I called. They want $25.00 to expedite and I have a huge balance. Terrible terrible service

Great bank (customer since the 1970's) but the privacy at the ATM IS AWFUL!!! I have complained many times with no results. In fact the bank has under gone renovations several times and each time the privacy at the ATM gets worse!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Very slow service and no courtesy. Every time they are just busy talking with each other and acting like they are very busy. Kennedy road branch is the best with services and friendly people there but this location is worst.
