Mitzi was incredibly helpful and even helped correct something for a frame that was slightly off in its dimensions. Highly recommend this company - the print was gorgeous!”
“I had a vintage poster that I wanted scanned and cleaned up to make into a cardboard cutout. The owner removed the crease lines and spotlessly cleaned up the image. I got the image back within a day. Similar copy shops estimated the project for at least three or four times the cost. I’m elated at the results. Highly recommended!”

This is our go-to restaurant for one of our favorite dishes — Tihari — a special type of Biryani made with a special short grain rice (Kalijeera) and with tender pieces of Beef perfect cooked, Tihari is highly popular in Bangladesh.
We don’t find Tihari anywhere else in CT.

“I went sometime in the last hour before close. Originally I meant to go to the USPS, but working during the hours they are open is a huge inconvenience. Bit the bullet; my sister's birthday gift was already late at this point. I searched up Fedex (I didn't want to patronize the UPS store I had most recently been to) and hopped in the car with my GPS on. The location itself was very convenient--literally on my way to the grocery store, no detours even to a side street. What really made it special? Diane, who checked me out. For someone at the end of her shift, Diane was both cheerful and super helpful. I don't ship packages often enough to have a favorite place, but I know where I'm going if I do need to.”
“We had to return a pair of shoes to a store in Indiana. The store originally sent them to us in a plastic bag that was taped to fit the size of the shoebox. There was no easy way to open the bag and, after cutting it open, getting the shoebox back in there didn’t allow any overlap to seal the bag properly (or so we thought). I went to this FedEx location in order to buy a box that we could use with the return FedEx label that was provided by the store. The nice gentleman at FedEx told me that he could take care of shipping just by taping together the remains of the plastic bag and affixing my label - which he did with a boatload of his tape. He could have sold me a box, but instead I paid him nothing. Fantastic customer service!”
“I return every three years to get an updated family timeline banner reprinted and this year it was more than 10 feet long! The staff helped me get a new printout for my reunion, but this time I also requested aid in sending my file to another FedEx center so another relative could also print a copy. The outstanding service started even before I arrived: when I called the store, Amanda proactively gave me her name, ensuring that I knew exactly who to ask for to receive personalized help. When I arrived, she followed through with incredible dedication.
I needed to ship a large, artificial Christmas tree from Connecticut all the way to Alabama for my son's former special needs class. This was a complex and potentially costly task, but Amanda treated the shipment with incredible care. She meticulously researched every option, ensuring we found the easiest and most cost-effective solution to get the tree to the students.
Her kindness, patience, and commitment to making this process seamless were truly remarkable. Amanda is not just doing her job; she is a genuinely nice and caring person who makes a positive difference. She deserves the highest praise.
