Rude staff. Unprofessional. Lazy women work in this lab do nothing and let patient waiting for an hour! They said watting for patient with an appointment but no one is in there show up just me. Recommend for first come first serve then make they work!! The company should take notice of such unprofessional behaviors!!

I want to start off by saying I hate getting my blood drawn. Paulette G was so kind and had me laughing before starting. She talked me through the process. It was pain free and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Absolutely recommend.

I am over 90 years old and have had countless blood draws but this was the best ever and the first ever by a male. My veins are hard to stabilize and they usually poke around and I have a wind up with a big black and blue bruise. He went to a new spot and was so fast I was surprised, no blood, no bruise.This was on May 26th in Bloomfield. My wife had hers done also and when we walked out my wife said that was the easiest and fastest ever confirming my experience. If he can do it that well everyone should be able to.

Horrible experience. Came in as a walk-in. I was told I needed an appointment regardless. As I waited with another patient we could overhear staff having personal conversations rather than calling in those who were there as walkins. After informing them that I had bloodwork that needed to be done fasting I was given an appt for 11:40, despite arriving at 8:15am as a walk-in when their online service says they accept walk ins. I will never go back and encourage those to seek services elsewhere.

I went to the lab without an appointment arriving about 845 no one in the place customers I started to sign in text came out to help me asked if I had an appointment I replied no he says well there will be a wait waitI said there's no one here he says but they'll be coming because they have appointments I started to leave he stopped me and said finish line it is what time do you have to be out I said 930 I I signed in I was called at 8:57 by another tech as we're going through the door she says do you have an appointment I said no she looked at the man the other tech and said why did you let her get in she proceeded to tell him off and I left I will never go there again I would not let somebody stick me with a needle with an attitude like that very unprofessional I knew I had to wait between customers but there was no customers there and to be treated like this is not Acceptable.

As per my doctor's orders, I had to get some blood work done. I made an appointment online with Quest Diagnostics for 7:10 am. I figured I'd do it early, because I had to fast prior to my appointment. Their waiting area, is clean and small, with a very handy check in kiosk. This is where I scanned my driver's license, and insurance card. Right then, one of the nurses came and called me to come to the examining room. I've spent less than a minute waiting, I really appreciate this. I don't love needles, and when it comes to occasions like this, I still go by the little kids rule of "don't look and it won't hurt". So the job was done, quick, and painless. However, I felt a bit, lightheaded after. I told the phlebotomist I didn't feel well. I would appreciate some water. She just told me to "have a nice day" and lifted the arm rest. Ok. Well, we all know she didn't really care about how nice my day was. Needless to say, while the job did get done. I don't appreciate people who work in healthcare, who have no common sense courtesy towards people.

Excellent all around! Every person on staff that I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. While checking in someone came out immediately to help me with the process (without me asking) and my phlebotomist was very friendly and clearly a pro at drawing blood. This was a very positive experience. Would highly recommend this location if you live in the area.

Incredibly rude staff. The man out front was very nice but the phlebotomists were rude to both him and myself. Refused to see me as a walk in early in the day. I could hear them yelling at the man out front for even asking if I could be a walk in early for my scheduled appointment. Canceled my scheduled time when I showed up within 5 mins of time and was advised they were running 10 minutes late. Refused to be allowed to wait for the next available time and forced to leave. Rude to me and to their own coworker. Was not offered help to find another location.

I went to this office and the Jamaican lady was very rude. I will never go back to this office again. She really needs to be fired. This office needs class. Office Not recommend

I get my blood drawn in Poway by Lili. She is so professional, kind, fast, gentle, and professional. They are always busy but Lili always makes you feel like you are her only patient. What a lovely person and a wonderful employee. Quest is so lucky to have her! Thank you Lili!!!

Clean office space, and great phlebotomist! She drew many vials and I didn't feel a thing. Very quick service, in and out. She indicated that registering online was not needed as the insurance card info doesn't come across and it seemed like they took folks as they came through the door regardless of registering.
